Work details
- Initiate new customers and find new opportunities that matching with our products.
- Handle bidding, RFI and RFQ from customers.
- Issue price quotation to customers that agreed formulation with customers.
- Cooperating with internal and external customers to proceed sales activities include launching New Product Release.
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory products, services and qualities.
- Make sales strategy and marketing activities with customers to expand business.
- Coordinate with IKC HQ to all territory for any information and solution.
- Update forecast with customers for internal preparation, forecast evaluation by compare with actual order and update any promotion.
- Update customer situation circumstance that concerned with our product.
- Handling customer claim and complain with Quality team to report customers (Domestic, Export)
- Handling new project from customers by issue NPR and cooperate to concerned section in NPR meeting.
- Yearly and monthly sales report (IBMO report, PL report, Ampol report and Industrial report)
- Register and renew MOE no. included yearly report to DOEB department.
- Follow up each customer’s payment.
- Support customer’s inquiries and any assignment from superior level.
- Educate and coaching to sales staff to perform good sales performance.
- Review and improve sales workflow to correcting with sales guideline.
- Survey customer satisfaction and summary each half year.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Industrial, Chemical or related field.
- At least 5 years working experience as sales & marketing in chemical or automotive industry.
- Understand about sales strategy, selling and negotiation experience
- Ability to initiation, motivation, negotiation and proactive thinking to achieve target and company’s goals
- New project handling experience and marketing background will be advantage
- Good communication skill ,computer skill (Excel, Power Point, SAP and etc.)
- Advance conversation in English middle - high level.
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Understand Chemical, Lubricant & Grease will be advantage.
