<Job Responsibilities>
- Purchasing and maintaining computers and IT equipment
- Travel to inspect IT equipment and various programs as requested by the commander.
- Investigate and resolve various problems related to computers and IT equipment in the organization.
- install the program Manage and extend the life of the programs used within the organization.
- Liaise with service providers about IT equipment and programs
- Contact and provide IT assistance to employees within the organization.
- Supervise and protect the security of information within the organization, including the personal information of employees in the organization.
- Organize training for employees in the organization about IT.
- Destroy expired IT equipment
- Maintain company homepage and related social media
- Prepare reports on data management and use of IT equipment.
- Responsible for other tasks as assigned

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- จัดซื้อและบำรุงรักษาคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ไอที
- เดินทางไปตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์ IT และโปรแกรมต่างๆ ตามที่ ผบ.ร้องขอ
- ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์ไอทีในองค์กร
- ติดตั้งโปรแกรม จัดการและยืดอายุโปรแกรมที่ใช้ภายในองค์กร
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้ให้บริการเกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์และโปรแกรมไอที
- ติดต่อและให้ความช่วยเหลือด้านไอทีแก่พนักงานภายในองค์กร
- ดูแลและป้องกันความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลภายในองค์กรรวมถึงข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของพนักงานในองค์กร
- จัดอบรมพนักงานในองค์กรเกี่ยวกับไอที
- ทำลายอุปกรณ์ไอทีที่หมดอายุ
- ดูแลโฮมเพจของบริษัทและโซเชียลมีเดียที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำรายงานการจัดการข้อมูลและการใช้งานอุปกรณ์ไอที
- รับผิดชอบงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 26 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in computer Engineer or Computer science related field
- More than 5 years of experience in the IT field
- Have good human relations
- Decisive, Able to maintain technology security policy
- Able to communicate in English ( With IT manager)

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: MRT Lumpini
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri ( Flexible hours, 8AM-5 PM or 8.30 AM- 5.30 PM ))

- เด็ดขาด สามารถรักษานโยบายการรักษาความปลอดภัยของเทคโนโลยี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (กับผู้จัดการฝ่ายไอที)
