Environmental Engineer

Job Responsibilities
・Registered to DIW as the Environment Control’s Supervisor for company Air Emission/ Water Pollution/ Industrial Waste including submitting environment report required of the legal.
・Training employees/sub-contractors in topics of environment’s legal and prevention measurement.
・Coordinate with the Pollution System Controller Air, Water and Waste Management for maintenance the system and also solve the problem together.
・Registered to DIW as the Environmental Control’s Supervisor for company Air Emission/ Water Pollution/ Industrial Waste including to submit environmental report in require of the legal.
・Daily record information about Air Emission/ Water Pollution/ Industrial Waste in factory for analyze trend of environmental factor that may be illegal or effect to community.
・Lead to EIA Project and control environmental condition following the legal and IEE/EIA requirement including coordinate with third party/ consultant company to submit the report in requirement of concerned government.
・Coordinate with concerned section to performing Environmental aspect identification & EMP.
・Coordinate all concerns to implement effective program to prevent/minimize environmental impact.
・Coordinate with concerning government and company group of high potential issue about environmental risk.
・Implement and development environmental project to prevent and decreasing the environment impact.
・Review, summary and update law and legal’s requirement related with HSE Dept. including to check the compliance performing with the company. ・Training employees in topics of environment’s legal and prevention measurement.
・Lead to visit or meeting with the community’s leader following Company’s CSR program.

ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
・ได้ลงทะเบียนกับ DIW ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างานควบคุมสิ่งแวดล้อมของบริษัท การปล่อยอากาศ / มลพิษทางน้ำ / ขยะอุตสาหกรรม รวมถึงส่งรายงานสิ่งแวดล้อมตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
・ฝึกอบรมพนักงาน/ผู้รับเหมาช่วงในหัวข้อการวัดผลทางกฎหมายและการป้องกันสิ่งแวดล้อม
・ประสานงานกับผู้ควบคุมระบบมลพิษ การจัดการอากาศ น้ำ และของเสีย เพื่อบำรุงรักษาระบบและแก้ไขปัญหาร่วมกัน
・ขึ้นทะเบียนกับ DIW ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างานควบคุมสิ่งแวดล้อมของบริษัท การปล่อยอากาศ / มลพิษทางน้ำ / ขยะอุตสาหกรรม รวมถึงส่งรายงานด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
・บันทึกข้อมูลรายวันเกี่ยวกับการปล่อยอากาศ / มลพิษทางน้ำ / ขยะอุตสาหกรรมในโรงงาน เพื่อวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มปัจจัยด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมที่อาจผิดกฎหมายหรือส่งผลกระทบต่อชุมชน
・นำไปสู่โครงการ EIA และควบคุมสภาพแวดล้อมให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมายและ IEE/EIA รวมถึงประสานงานกับบุคคลที่สาม/ บริษัทที่ปรึกษาเพื่อส่งรายงานตามข้อกำหนดของรัฐบาลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
・ประสานงานกับส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อดำเนินการระบุประเด็นด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและ EMP
・ประสานข้อกังวลทั้งหมดเพื่อดำเนินโครงการที่มีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อป้องกัน/ลดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม
・ประสานงานกับภาครัฐและกลุ่มบริษัทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับประเด็นความเสี่ยงด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมที่มีศักยภาพสูง
・ดำเนินโครงการและพัฒนาสิ่งแวดล้อมเพื่อป้องกันและลดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม
・ตรวจสอบ สรุป และปรับปรุงกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแผนก HSE รวมถึงตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดกับบริษัท ・ฝึกอบรมพนักงานในหัวข้อการวัดผลทางกฎหมายและการป้องกันสิ่งแวดล้อม
・นำไปสู่การเยี่ยมชมหรือพบปะกับผู้นำชุมชนตามโครงการ CSR ของบริษัท
・ดำเนินกิจกรรม CSR ของ กนอ.-มาบตาพุด /ชมรม WHA CSR พื้นที่มาบตาพุด เพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างบริษัทกับชุมชน / ราชการส่วนท้องถิ่น

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 23-30 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in safety, Occupational Health and Environment science, Engineer or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience as Environment in Chemical Business in manufacturing fields.
• Have the correctly DIW’s license for Environment Pollution Controller all of 3 system Air Emission control / Water Pollution control / Industrial Waste Management
• Have experience for Environment System Control (Air Emission/Water Pollution/ Industrial Waste)
• Satisfy knowledge of IEE/EIA process.
• Have experienced for Environmental aspect identification and Environmental management plan (EMP)
• Have knowledge about ISO 14001 system.
• Have knowledge of environmental laws.
• Conversational Middle Level in English
• Knowledge PPAP, MSA, APQP, FMEA and SPC

Languages skills
• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None

Workplace Area: Hemaraj Eastern seaboard
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00 (Mon-Fri)

• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมในธุรกิจเคมีภัณฑ์ในสาขาการผลิต
• ได้รับใบอนุญาตจากกรมควบคุมมลพิษสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างถูกต้องทั้ง 3 ระบบ ได้แก่ การควบคุมการปล่อยอากาศเสีย / การควบคุมมลพิษทางน้ำ / การจัดการขยะอุตสาหกรรม
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการควบคุมระบบสิ่งแวดล้อม (มลพิษทางอากาศ/มลพิษทางน้ำ/ขยะอุตสาหกรรม)
• ตอบสนองความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการ IEE/EIA
• มีประสบการณ์ในการระบุประเด็นด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมและแผนการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม (EMP)
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ ISO 14001
• มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายสิ่งแวดล้อม
• การสนทนาระดับกลางเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
• ความรู้ PPAP, MSA, APQP, FMEA และ SPC
