<Job Responsibilities>
- Business assistance work related to energy and the environment.
- Coordination and information gathering with relevant government agencies and preparation of minutes.
- Information gathering on amendments to related legislation, and preparation of English translations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for external use.
- Information gathering work
- Collection of information required for Japanese companies in energy and environment-related business (information dissemination, response to inquiries),
- Participation in and reporting on various events and seminars
- News clipping (Selecting articles related to the company from Thai and English media information).
- Assisting the General Manager with other duties.
- Attending interviews, booking meeting rooms, arranging vehicles, etc.
- Other tasks as assigned

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- งานช่วยเหลือทางธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม
- ประสานงานและรวบรวมข้อมูลกับหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องและจัดทำรายงานการประชุม
- รวบรวมข้อมูลการแก้ไขกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง และจัดทำแปลภาษาอังกฤษ
- ช่วยเหลือในการจัดทำรายงานเพื่อใช้ภายนอก
- งานรวบรวมข้อมูล
- การรวบรวมข้อมูลที่จำเป็นสำหรับบริษัทญี่ปุ่นในธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม (การเผยแพร่ข้อมูล การตอบคำถาม)
- การเข้าร่วมและรายงานกิจกรรมและสัมมนาต่างๆ
- ตัดข่าว (คัดเลือกบทความที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบริษัทจากข้อมูลสื่อภาษาไทยและอังกฤษ)
- ช่วยเหลือผู้จัดการทั่วไปในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่น ๆ
- เข้าสัมภาษณ์ จองห้องประชุม จัดรถ ฯลฯ
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any field
・2-3 years working experience as sales support in any industry
・Conversational high level of Japanese(Up to N3 Level)
・Conversational mid-high level of English
・Experience of working with the Japanese language.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having interest in improve & promotion of Thai industry, supporting Japanese company in Thailand

・ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนาสูง
・ประสบการณ์การทำงานกับคนญี่ปุ่น
