Production Engineer (Plating)

Job Responsibilities
・Prepare and control PM standard, and TPM standard to suit the optimum requirement of ISO9001 ISO1401, and TS16949 Systems.
・Responsible for annual plating process and other facilities within the Factory.
・Responsible for spare parts for machinery of important facilities
・Setup and maintain the plan to maintain machinery in each period and set maintenance system
・Improvement 5S and Kaizen for the manufacturing.

・จัดเตรียมและควบคุมมาตรฐาน PM และมาตรฐาน TPM เพื่อให้เหมาะกับข้อกำหนดที่เหมาะสมที่สุดของระบบ ISO9001 ISO1401 และ TS16949
・รับผิดชอบกระบวนการชุบประจำปีและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่น ๆ ภายในโรงงาน
・รับผิดชอบอะไหล่เครื่องจักรในโรงงานที่สำคัญ
・จัดทำและบำรุงรักษาแผนการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรในแต่ละช่วงเวลาและกำหนดระบบการบำรุงรักษา
・การปรับปรุง 5ส และไคเซ็นสำหรับการผลิต

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Male
• Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering or related fields.
• At least 3 years of working experience as sheet process engineer in any manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of PLC programs or related fields.
• Have knowledge of the PCB industry
• Conversational middle level in English
• Good in relationship and coordination skill is preferable
• High motivation to improve is preferable
• Experience in Japanese company is preferable
• Able to communicate in Japanese is preferable

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri, Every other Saturday)

• การสนทนาระดับกลางเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
• มีทักษะด้านความสัมพันธ์และการประสานงานที่ดีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• แรงจูงใจสูงในการปรับปรุงจะดีกว่า
• มีประสบการณ์ในบริษัทญี่ปุ่นจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
