Job Responsibilities
- Handle all HR functions including HR & GA functions.
- Develop and update compensation, benefits by monitoring market trend and analyse statistical data and reports.
- Implement and update HR and company policies, job duties, salary and promotion system.
- Manage overall picture of HR & GA Departments.
- Report to the Director or MD.

- ดำเนินการและปรับปรุงนโยบายด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลและบริษัท หน้าที่การงาน เงินเดือน และการเลื่อนตำแหน่ง
- จัดการภาพรวมของแผนก HR & GA
- รายงานต่อผู้อำนวยการหรือ MD
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 40-50 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or higher in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or any related fields.
• At least 10 years in management experience as well as experience of overall HR＆GA operations.
• At least 8 years in management experience as well Assistant - Manager level.
• Experience of developing and implementing the company HR system or regulation.
• Experience in planning and improving company structure with a successful plan.
• Good command in English (Advanced Conversational middle - high)
• Strong management skill.
• Be able to travel to Bangkok Branch if require.

• มีประสบการณ์ในการวางแผนและปรับปรุงโครงสร้างบริษัทให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่ประสบความสำเร็จ
• สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สนทนาขั้นสูง กลาง-สูง)
• มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการที่แข็งแกร่ง
• สามารถเดินทางไปสาขากรุงเทพได้หากต้องการ
