<Job responsibilities>
• Develop an intimate knowledge of local consumer needs, identify global market trends, and formulate/execute a strategic marketing plan to grow our digital ecosystem:-
• Manage all aspects of digital demand generation including search and content, product advertising and performance media and social including the performance programs and media budget across all digital channels - search, display, social, web, etc to meet our business targets.
• Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our performance channel and work closely with analytics and data science teams to build a best-in-class performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, and optimization – online/offline conversion.
• Oversee campaign management and reporting, including in-depth analytics of CPL, CAC, ROAS, and incrementality to support overall digital onboarding goals and objectives
• Drive product adoption and utility by digitally supporting consumer-facing programs and product marketing launches across the customer lifecycle: ARPM, CLV, Engagement, Churn
• End-to-end technical subject matter expert of ad-tech and MarTech platforms and analytics, and driving internal integration – app/web/social/eDM touchpoints
• Translating commercial/consumer requirements into technical terms (supporting data/content strategy) and developing a feasible business case – defining e2e user journey, top-mid-lower funnel communications experience.
• Gaining stakeholder buy-in and consensus for new innovation initiatives and business development programs including GTM and required investment
• Articulating all the relevant (and new) performance marketing metrics and analytics in a meaningful and measured for the business to understand its ROI across the digital sales funnel: paid and organic
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 29 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor's degree in Market or any field
• 7 years and up in digital experience
• Proven track record with B2C/DTC e-commerce brands or digital-centric businesses
• Demonstrable hands-on experience in delivering effective paid and organic digital content across different channels.
• CRM experience an advantage
• Role in relevant business; Telco, digital agency, FMCG, modern trade, mobile phone, and product with own retail network.
• Can communicate in English ( Malaysia Manager / Oversee campaign )
