IT Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain, support, and develop all IT-related systems, operations, and services necessary to ensure optimal performance of company infrastructure.
- Maintain the integrity and security of all company data.
- Ensure the company’s computer systems are secure from hackers and other threats.
- Make recommendations regarding system management, improvements, and enhancements.
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
- Implement and maintain an effective disaster recovery plan.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for IT maintenance, improvements, and upgrades.
- Monitoring the performance of IT staff and providing regular feedback to improve performance.
- Coordinating with others on projects such as software implementation or hardware installation.
- Other tasks as assigned.

ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่

- ประสานงานกับผู้อื่นในโครงการต่างๆ เช่น การใช้ซอฟต์แวร์หรือการติดตั้งฮาร์ดแวร์

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-45 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
• At least 3 years professional experience as IT in any field.
• 1 year experience in management having subordinate under control.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including backup systems.
• Advance conversation low level of English.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate team members.
• Working knowledge of programming languages.
