<Job responsibilities>
- Control of Production Engineer Department and report to Top Management.
- Monitoring and follow up objective target.
- Review the schedule for machine preventive maintenance, facility preventive maintenance and master plan
- Good managed for facility systems to supply the Production process such as Air Compressor, RO/DI System, Electric, Transformer, Natural Gas
- Good managed the System of environments such as waste water System, dust collector, exhaust
- Implement Production plans through subordinates, ensure that utilization of manpower, machine, and equipment are optimized.
- Improve productivity, yield, quality, cost. Develop the processing lines by developing the automatic machines to increase productivity.
- Quality awareness and utilization of quality systems for ensuring that the products meet customer specification standards. Educate and monitor subordinates to handle RBA requirements, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and NCOT energy management policy.
- Performs related work as required.
- Improvement activity and presentation.
- Follow Company policy meeting and support activity.
- Provide Education to Improve skill of subordinate.
- Follow up subordinate about Company rules & regulation and take disciplinary action.
- Educate and monitor subordinate to handle 5S, ISO Management.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ควบคุมฝ่ายวิศวกรการผลิตและรายงานต่อผู้บริหารระดับสูง
- ติดตามเป้าหมายตามวัตถุประสงค์
- ทบทวนกำหนดการสำหรับการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันเครื่องจักร การบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกตามแผน
- จัดการระบบโรงงานเพื่อจัดหากระบวนการผลิต เช่น เครื่องอัดอากาศ ระบบ RO/DI ไฟฟ้า หม้อแปลงไฟฟ้า ก๊าซธรรมชาติ
- บริหารจัดการระบบสภาพแวดล้อม เช่น ระบบน้ำเสีย, เครื่องดักฝุ่น, ไอเสีย
- ดำเนินการตามแผนการผลิตผ่านลูกน้อง ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าการใช้กำลังคน เครื่องจักร และอุปกรณ์ได้รับการปรับให้เหมาะสมที่สุด
- ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต ผลผลิต คุณภาพ ต้นทุน พัฒนาสายการผลิตโดยการพัฒนาเครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติเพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิต
- การรับรู้คุณภาพและการใช้ระบบคุณภาพเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า ให้ความรู้และติดตามลูกน้องเพื่อจัดการข้อกำหนด RBA, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 และนโยบายการจัดการพลังงานของ NCOT

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 40 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Education: Bachelor / master in engineering / Production engineering / maintenance / Civil / facility and related
- Experience: Manufacturing, Production engineering, machine maintenance, facility System, electrical, Infrastructure, machine Improvement, energy, Building
- Well in Presentation Skill.
- team working and excellent command on verbal and written communication in English.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experiences in Mold process

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Nong Khae, Saraburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday to Saturday (depends on company's calendar))
