<Job responsibilities>
- Implement and develop logistics activities, which includes warehouse operations and logistics.
- Effectively plan and scheduling the operations resources in order to meet and exceed internal and external
services levels at all times with productive and cost efficiency.
- Formulate, Implement and execute standard warehouse & Logistic policies, procedures and processes.
- Manage a team of Operational Supervisors and Assistants in achieving both personal and team-level KPI's.
- Manage and Monitoring the implementation of warehouse Management system (WMS)
- Monitor and organize warehouse Inventory level, procurement, including inbound and outbound logistics.
- Ensure compliance to Safety & Security, DG and company policies and procedures.
- Assist in training and coaching new and existing team members.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems or customer Delivery issues.
- Gathering and analyzing statistics and data related to logistics management (storage, handling-in,handling-out, delivery expenses, team KPIs, and ISO matters).

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ดำเนินการและพัฒนากิจกรรมด้านลอจิสติกส์ ซึ่งรวมถึงการดำเนินงานคลังสินค้าและโลจิสติกส์
- วางแผนและกำหนดเวลาทรัพยากรการดำเนินงานอย่างมีประสิทธิผลเพื่อให้ตรงตามความต้องการและเหนือกว่าทั้งภายในและภายนอก
ระดับการให้บริการตลอดเวลาด้วยประสิทธิผลและต้นทุนที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
- กำหนด นำไปใช้ และดำเนินการนโยบาย ขั้นตอน และกระบวนการด้านคลังสินค้าและโลจิสติกส์มาตรฐาน
- บริหารจัดการทีม Operational Supervisors และ Assistants เพื่อให้บรรลุ KPI ทั้งระดับบุคคลและระดับทีม
- จัดการและติดตามการดำเนินงานของระบบการจัดการคลังสินค้า (WMS)
- ติดตามและจัดระเบียบระดับสินค้าคงคลัง คลังสินค้า การจัดซื้อ รวมถึงโลจิสติกส์ขาเข้าและขาออก
- ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนด้านความปลอดภัยและการรักษาความปลอดภัย DG และบริษัท
- ช่วยเหลือในการฝึกอบรมและฝึกสอนสมาชิกในทีมใหม่และที่มีอยู่
- แก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการขนส่ง ระบบลอจิสติกส์ หรือปัญหาการจัดส่งของลูกค้า
- รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์สถิติและข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ (การจัดเก็บ การจัดการเข้า การจัดการออก ค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดส่ง KPI ของทีม และเรื่อง ISO)


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 40 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 8 years working experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse or Transportation Management with proven track of record
- Have experience in implementation of warehouse Management system (WMS)
- Experience in handling hazardous chemicals Logistic operations
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (especially in Excel: PivotTable, VLookUP), preferably Knowledgeable in the use of SAP
- Good command of written and spoken English (mainly use in documentation)
- Highly responsible with Management experience
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics or Industrial Engineering or any relevant field

- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 8 ปีในด้านโลจิสติกส์ การจัดการห่วงโซ่อุปทาน คลังสินค้า หรือการจัดการการขนส่ง โดยมีประวัติที่ผ่านการพิสูจน์แล้ว
- มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้งานระบบบริหารจัดการคลังสินค้า (WMS)
- มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการสารเคมีอันตรายในการดำเนินงานด้านโลจิสติกส์
- มีความรู้ใน MS Office (โดยเฉพาะใน Excel: PivotTable, VLookUP) มีความรู้ในการใช้ SAP โดยเฉพาะ
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษทั้งเขียนและพูดได้ดี (ใช้ในงานเอกสารเป็นหลัก)
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหาร
