<Job responsibilities>
• Acquire new partner and negotiate with existing partners to expanding merchant network.
• Understand market requirement for new payment technology and negotiate with necessary parties to align with new payment technology (For example, 3DS 2.0, QR payment, Tap-to-phone, Transit)
• Initiate and develop proposal to approach merchants or business partners to expand merchant network.
• Responsible in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels both internally and externally.
• Create monthly or quarterly performance update to business partners and management.
• Stay up to date on regulatory and compliance requirements of Bank of Thailand and Payment Network.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
• หาพันธมิตรใหม่และเจรจากับพันธมิตรที่มีอยู่เพื่อขยายเครือข่ายผู้ค้า
• ทำความเข้าใจความต้องการของตลาดสำหรับเทคโนโลยีการชำระเงินใหม่และเจรจากับฝ่ายที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับเทคโนโลยีการชำระเงินใหม่ (เช่น 3DS 2.0, การชำระเงินด้วย QR, Tap-to-phone, การขนส่งสาธารณะ)
• ริเริ่มและพัฒนาข้อเสนอเพื่อเข้าถึงร้านค้าหรือพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจเพื่อขยายเครือข่ายร้านค้า
• รับผิดชอบในการจัดการโครงการและนำทีมข้ามสายงาน
• สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ในการทำงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพกับทุกระดับทั้งภายในและภายนอก
• สร้างการอัปเดตผลการดำเนินงานรายเดือนหรือรายไตรมาสให้กับพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจและผู้บริหาร
• ติดตามข่าวสารล่าสุดเกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนดด้านกฎระเบียบและการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยและเครือข่ายการชำระเงิน


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Good command of English in Business level to use in daily conversation and writing report.
• At least 3-5 years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, Key Account management
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Payment industry will be advantage.
• Ability to adapt to changing market trends and technologies.
• Analytical skills are required to gaining a deep understanding of partner business model, organizational structure, key decision-maker to drive business growth.
• Result-oriented and attention to details.
• Interpersonal and good communication skills
• Negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Open minded, strong sense of curiosity, eagerness to learn.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
• Japanese lanugage is preferable (not mandatory)

- ปริญญาตรี
• ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโทสาขาบริหารธุรกิจหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับธุรกิจได้ดีเพื่อใช้ในการสื่อสารและเขียนรายงานประจำวัน
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 3-5 ปีในด้านการขาย การตลาด การจัดการบัญชีหลัก
• มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมการธนาคาร บริการทางการเงิน หรือการชำระเงินจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความสามารถในการปรับตัวตามแนวโน้มของตลาดและเทคโนโลยีที่เปลี่ยนแปลง
• มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ จำเป็นต้องมีความเข้าใจอย่างลึกซึ้งเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบธุรกิจของคู่ค้า โครงสร้างองค์กร มีการตัดสินใจที่ดีในการขับเคลื่อนการเติบโตของธุรกิจ
• มุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์และใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดีและมีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
• ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและการสื่อสารทั้งการเขียนและพูด
• เป็นคนเปิดใจ มีความช่างสังเกตและชอบตั้งคำถาม มีความกระตือรือร้นที่จะเรียนรู้
