Production Manager (CNC)

Job Responsibilities
- Manage personnel, machinery, tools, and budgets in the machining field.
- Drive improvement initiatives in quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Set policy & Goals for customers. Picture of the department aligned with the Company's Target.
- Encourage & support the organization in achieving its goals. Company Target.
- Inspect according to work performance within the organization. Let's go according to the instructions Standard.
- Continuously develop the organization in every aspect.
- Evaluate the operating results of the organization and plan improvements.
- Set Manpower for product as order of Customer
- Handle subordinate to be within the working rule & Regulation
- Solve problems and coordinate with related agencies.
- Continuously report the results of operations for the accounting department.
- Determine methods and procedures for the production department.
- Plan production steps Including coordination of related departments.
- Follow up on resource usage control results and control the amount of waste generated from production.
- Provide advice and suggest ways to solve various problems that occur in the production process.
- Set the work goals of the agency Along with following up on work, evaluating work and providing feedback to the team.
- Supervise the design and testing of engineering systems to be as specified.
- Prepare production process information for use in improving development.
- Others as assigned

ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
- จัดการบุคลากร เครื่องจักร เครื่องมือ และงบประมาณในสาขาการตัดเฉือน
- ขับเคลื่อนความคิดริเริ่มในการปรับปรุงคุณภาพ ผลผลิต และประสิทธิภาพด้านต้นทุน
- กำหนดนโยบายและเป้าหมายให้กับลูกค้า ภาพหน่วยงานที่สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายของบริษัท
- ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนองค์กรให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย เป้าหมายของบริษัท
- ตรวจสอบตามผลการปฏิบัติงานภายในองค์กร ไปตามคำแนะนำมาตรฐาน
- พัฒนาองค์กรอย่างต่อเนื่องในทุกด้าน
- ประเมินผลการดำเนินงานขององค์กรและแผนการปรับปรุง
- กำหนดกำลังคนให้กับสินค้าตามคำสั่งของลูกค้า
- จัดการผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้อยู่ในระเบียบการทำงาน
- แก้ไขปัญหาและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- รายงานผลการดำเนินงานของฝ่ายบัญชีอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- กำหนดวิธีการและขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานของฝ่ายผลิต
- วางแผนขั้นตอนการผลิต รวมถึงการประสานงานของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ติดตามผลการควบคุมการใช้ทรัพยากรและควบคุมปริมาณของเสียที่เกิดจากการผลิต
- ให้คำแนะนำและเสนอแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต
- กำหนดเป้าหมายการทำงานของหน่วยงาน พร้อมทั้งติดตามงาน ประเมินผลงาน และให้ข้อเสนอแนะแก่ทีมงาน
- ควบคุมดูแลการออกแบบและทดสอบระบบทางวิศวกรรมให้เป็นไปตามที่กำหนด
- จัดทำข้อมูลกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อใช้ในการปรับปรุงพัฒนา
- อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 40-45 years
• Male or Female
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field
• Have experience at least 10 years about Production Control in any manufacturing industry
• Have management experience at least 2 years as Production Assistant Manager or higher
• Must have working experience about CNC machine
• Conversational middle - high level of English
• Be able to use Microsoft Office program
• Not job hopper
