Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
・Management and Development Production Process (build up all activity for achieve target of yield, quality, delivery and cost
Improvement the process to highest performance.
・Responsible for preparation of new products & improvement of productivity in the production line, quality improvement & permanent measure in the production line & production progress management
・Manage and control the supervisor and engineers for improve and develop operators follow company rule and keep the high attendance rate including discipline and good attitude
・Manage and control quality system (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO/TS 16949 or IATF 16949:2016 for production
・Manage production planning improve and develop process to keep the KPI target of the productivity controlling to reduce the loss in the process

ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
・จัดการและพัฒนากระบวนการผลิต (สร้างกิจกรรมทั้งหมดเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายด้านผลผลิต คุณภาพ การส่งมอบ และต้นทุน
ปรับปรุงกระบวนการให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
・รับผิดชอบในการเตรียมผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ & การปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิตในสายการผลิต การปรับปรุงคุณภาพ & มาตรการถาวรในสายการผลิต & การจัดการความคืบหน้าการผลิต
・จัดการและควบคุมหัวหน้างานและวิศวกรเพื่อปรับปรุงและพัฒนาผู้ปฏิบัติงานให้ปฏิบัติตามกฎเกณฑ์ของบริษัท และรักษาอัตราการเข้างานที่สูง รวมถึงมีวินัยและทัศนคติที่ดี
・จัดการและควบคุมระบบคุณภาพ (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 และ ISO/TS 16949 หรือ IATF 16949:2016 สำหรับการผลิต
・จัดการวางแผนการผลิตปรับปรุงและพัฒนากระบวนการเพื่อรักษาเป้าหมาย KPI ของการควบคุมการผลิตเพื่อลดการสูญเสียในกระบวนการ

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 33-43 years
• Male
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, Industrial, Electronic, Electrical Engineering or related field
• Have at least 4 years of working experience in PCB business or automotive industry.
• Have at least 2 years management experience
• Have knowledge of quality system: ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, IATF16949:2016
• Conversational middle level in English
• Have experience in Japanese company is preferred
• Have good in relationship and coordination skill is preferred

Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)

• ปริญญาตรี สาขาเคมี อุตสาหกรรม อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 4 ปีในธุรกิจ PCB หรืออุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
• มีความรู้ด้านระบบคุณภาพ ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, IATF16949:2016
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในบริษัทญี่ปุ่นจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะด้านความสัมพันธ์และการประสานงานที่ดีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
