Maintenance Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and encourage the team to understand company's directions and be able to achieve results.
- Supervise a team of technicians to perform improvement and maintenance all machines to support manufacturing operation.
- Know troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques and equipment, principles of electronics, test procedures and requirements. Support the organizational goals
- Improves and maintains all tools and machines for a minimize downtime.
- Keeps track of all tools & machines data and spare parts for system record.
- Troubleshoot the most complex defects or errors using a wide range of techniques.
- Provides work guidance to technician.
- Conducting corrective, preventive maintenance to improve activities for all production equipment.
- Set up preventive maintenance plan and manage maintenance activities to be suitable for the standard of each machinery.
- Manage Maintenance team to establish work procedures, maintenance plan, purchasing plan.
- Control budget, and monitor the use of the various departments.
- Design and installation of machinery and technology in the factory.
- Manage plan and control operations according to the plan.
- Track and manage maintenance KPIs.
- Performs related work as assigned.

- ควบคุมดูแลทีมช่างเทคนิคให้ดำเนินการปรับปรุงและบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรทั้งหมดเพื่อรองรับการปฏิบัติงานด้านการผลิต
- รู้เทคนิคและอุปกรณ์ในการแก้ไขปัญหาและการวินิจฉัย หลักการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ขั้นตอนการทดสอบและข้อกำหนด สนับสนุนเป้าหมายขององค์กร
- ปรับปรุงและบำรุงรักษาเครื่องมือและเครื่องจักรทั้งหมดเพื่อลดเวลาหยุดทำงานให้เหลือน้อยที่สุด
- ติดตามข้อมูลเครื่องมือ เครื่องจักร และอะไหล่ทั้งหมดเพื่อบันทึกระบบ
- แก้ไขข้อบกพร่องหรือข้อผิดพลาดที่ซับซ้อนที่สุดโดยใช้เทคนิคที่หลากหลาย
- ให้คำแนะนำการทำงานแก่ช่าง
- การดำเนินการแก้ไขและบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันเพื่อปรับปรุงกิจกรรมสำหรับอุปกรณ์การผลิตทั้งหมด
- จัดทำแผนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและบริหารจัดการกิจกรรมการบำรุงรักษาให้เหมาะสมกับมาตรฐานของแต่ละเครื่องจักร
- บริหารจัดการทีมบำรุงรักษาเพื่อกำหนดขั้นตอนการทำงาน แผนการบำรุงรักษา แผนการซื้อ
- ควบคุมงบประมาณและติดตามการใช้งานของแผนกต่างๆ
- ออกแบบและติดตั้งเครื่องจักรและเทคโนโลยีในโรงงาน
- บริหารจัดการแผนและควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามแผน
- ติดตามและจัดการ KPI การบำรุงรักษา
- ปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Male
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years’ experience in Maintenance operation in auto motive manufacturing.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience to control subordinate.
• Strong computer skills CAD, PLC, CNC and SAP., MS Office.
• Good Knowledge in circuit of Electrical, Pneumatic and hydraulic.
• Management System installation, adjustment, repair and maintenance.
• Advance conversation high level of English.
• Can start work immediately would be an advantage.
• Experience from 1st Tier automotive would be an advantage.
• Process of the composites would be an advantage
