QA/QC Engineer - Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure customer quality demands are surpassed, managing any quality issues with effective resolutions.
- Oversee the establishment and monitoring of QA processes that meet first-tier customer expectations for Technology, Quality, Cost and Delivery.
- Implement a culture of continuous improvement within the QA department and company.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in quality assurance and integrate innovative practices and technologies.
- Ensure that all QA managers are effectively managing their teams.
- Hire, train, and mentor QA management and staff, fostering an environment of teamwork and shared success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration with other departments.

ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าความต้องการด้านคุณภาพของลูกค้าได้รับการก้าวข้าม จัดการปัญหาด้านคุณภาพด้วยวิธีแก้ปัญหาที่มีประสิทธิภาพ

- ติดตามแนวโน้มล่าสุดในการประกันคุณภาพและบูรณาการแนวทางปฏิบัติและเทคโนโลยีที่เป็นนวัตกรรมใหม่
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าผู้จัดการ QA ทุกคนจัดการทีมของตนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- จ้าง ฝึกอบรม และให้คำปรึกษาแก่ฝ่ายบริหารและพนักงาน QA ส่งเสริมสภาพแวดล้อมของการทำงานเป็นทีมและแบ่งปันความสำเร็จ
- ทำงานร่วมกันข้ามสายงานกับแผนกอื่นๆ

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-40 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field
• Have working experience at least 3 years as QA, QC in any manufacturing industry
• Have working experience of Quality Measurement, Calibration, Vernia, pin gauge, plug gauge.
• Strong of ISO 9001 / 14001
• Conversational low-middle level of English
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to use MS Office

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri, Every other Saturday)

• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
• สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้
