Job Responsibilities
- Conduct engineering change and evaluation.
- Transfer new products, processes, tooling, equipment and technology as assigned by Supervisor.
- Coordinate with other personnel's concerning process activities.
- Provide accurate data/report or recommendation to higher management if required.
- Develop subordinates for better knowledge and working abilities.
- Prepare presentation package to management.
- Know your customer's expectations and drive section to meet them.
- Perform related work as assigned
ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
- ดำเนินการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางวิศวกรรมและประเมินผล
- ถ่ายทอดผลิตภัณฑ์ กระบวนการ เครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์และเทคโนโลยีใหม่ตามที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย
- ประสานงานกับกิจกรรมกระบวนการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบุคลากรอื่น ๆ
- ให้ข้อมูล/รายงานหรือคำแนะนำที่ถูกต้องแก่ผู้บริหารระดับสูงหากจำเป็น
- พัฒนาผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้มีความรู้และความสามารถในการทำงานที่ดีขึ้น
- จัดทำแพ็คเกจการนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
- ทราบความคาดหวังของลูกค้าและขับเคลื่อนส่วนเพื่อตอบสนองพวกเขา
- ปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Male
• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering or Related
• At least 3 years as Process or Engineering field in manufacturing company.
• 1 year experience management have subordinate under control.
• Knowledge of CNC, Press, Assembly Process, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001
• Daily conversation in English able to write email & report.
• Computer skill: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
• Able to use Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge.
• Positive thinking with good relation and also can work under pressure
• No job hopper.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon – Fri, Sat average 3 days per year)
