<Job responsibilities>
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify and target potential clients in the logistics industry, considering their specific needs and requirements.
- Build and Maintain Strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring effective communication and excellent customer service.
- Conduct market research to Identify emerging trends, competitor analysis, and potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to create impactful sales campaigns and promotional materials.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to key decision-makers, highlighting the benefits and value of our logistics services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients, ensuring optimal profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market trends.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, and networking events to expand professional network.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- พัฒนาและดำเนินการตามแผนการขายเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ของบริษัท
- ระบุและกำหนดเป้าหมายลูกค้าที่มีศักยภาพในอุตสาหกรรมโลจิสติกส์ โดยคำนึงถึงความต้องการและข้อกำหนดเฉพาะของพวกเขา
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้าปัจจุบัน เพื่อให้มั่นใจในการสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพและการบริการลูกค้าที่เป็นเลิศ
- ดำเนินการวิจัยตลาดเพื่อระบุแนวโน้มที่เกิดขึ้น การวิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง และโอกาสทางธุรกิจที่อาจเกิดขึ้น
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมบริการลูกค้าเพื่อสร้างแคมเปญการขายและสื่อส่งเสริมการขายที่มีประสิทธิภาพ

- เจรจาสัญญาและเงื่อนไขการกำหนดราคากับลูกค้า เพื่อให้มั่นใจถึงผลกำไรสูงสุดในขณะที่รักษาความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
- จัดทำการคาดการณ์การขายที่แม่นยำและรายงานอย่างสม่ำเสมอเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมการขาย ประสิทธิภาพ และแนวโน้มของตลาด
- ติดตามข่าวสารล่าสุดเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมและกิจกรรมสร้างเครือข่ายเพื่อขยายเครือข่ายระดับมืออาชีพ
- เป็นผู้นำและจัดการทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการขาย ให้คำแนะนำ การฝึกอบรม และการสนับสนุนเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการขาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in logistics sales, with at least 3 years of Manager experience.
- Conversational High of English (to communicate with Affiliated companies in Malaysia via Email and online meeting)
- Strong knowledge of the logistics industry, including Import/Export regulations, incoterms, and transportation management.
- Proficient in using TRM software and CRM systems.
- Have own car and driving license (use for Visit clients)
- Availability to travel as needed.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while also being a team player.

- มีประวัติที่พิสูจน์แล้วถึงความสำเร็จในการขายโลจิสติกส์ โดยมีประสบการณ์ผู้จัดการอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษระดับสื่อสารดี (เพื่อสื่อสารกับบริษัทในเครือในประเทศมาเลเซียผ่านทางอีเมลและการประชุมออนไลน์)
- มีความรู้เป็นอย่างดีเกี่ยวกับอุตสาหกรรมโลจิสติกส์ รวมถึงกฎระเบียบการนำเข้า/ส่งออก ข้อกำหนดในการส่งมอบสินค้า (incoterm) และการจัดการการขนส่ง
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ TRM และระบบ CRM
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและใบขับขี่รถยนต์ (ใช้สำหรับเข้าพบลูกค้า)
- สามารถเดินทางได้ตามความจำเป็น
