<Job responsibilities>
- Responsible for managing overall aspects of Collection management department to ensure that the operation process and activity delivered the results or achievement as per Target, Goals, and KPIs to control the point of lowest delinquency.
- Develop a strategic plan, and Budget plan, and ensure the efficiency of manpower and resource management.
- Manage the operation of overdue Collection, back-office admin. process, debt restructuring, moratorium, proper re-finance program, auction process, data center, MIS Collection and all Other functions for the best performance and result.
- Cooperate with related parties both internal & external on Collection management issues.
- Prepare executive report and propose to Top management.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- รับผิดชอบในการจัดการภาพรวมของฝ่ายบริหารคอลเลกชันเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ากระบวนการดำเนินงานและกิจกรรมให้ผลลัพธ์หรือความสำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย เป้าหมาย และ KPI เพื่อควบคุมจุดที่กระทำผิดต่ำสุด
- จัดทำแผนยุทธศาสตร์ แผนงบประมาณ และรับรองประสิทธิภาพการบริหารกำลังคนและทรัพยากร
- จัดการการดำเนินงานของคอลเลกชันที่ค้างชำระ, ผู้ดูแลระบบ back-office กระบวนการ การปรับโครงสร้างหนี้ การพักชำระหนี้ โครงการรีไฟแนนซ์ที่เหมาะสม กระบวนการประมูล ศูนย์ข้อมูล การรวบรวม MIS และฟังก์ชันอื่นๆ ทั้งหมดเพื่อประสิทธิภาพและผลลัพธ์ที่ดีที่สุด
- ร่วมมือกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกในประเด็นการจัดการคอลเลกชัน
- จัดทำรายงานผู้บริหารและเสนอต่อผู้บริหารระดับสูง



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s or higher in relevant discipline.
- More than 12 years’ experience in collection management
- 8 years’ experience at the managerial level would be required.
- Having knowledge about debt Collection laws, consumer protection acts or related laws and regulations.
- Good command in English (communication with internal and external)
- Computer literate in MS office applications especially Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Vlookup)
or any related analytic tools.
<Preferable Skills / Experience>
• Experience in hire purchasing or leasing business is preferable.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, logical thinking, problem solving and decision making.
• Able to travel both domestically and abroad for business purpose

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, WIO 100%, after 1 year of service, Hybrid working operation shall apply.)

- สัญชาติไทย , ชาย, หญิง อายุ 40 - 50 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์มากกว่า 12 ปีในการจัดการคอลเลกชัน
- จะต้องมีประสบการณ์ 8 ปีในระดับผู้บริหาร
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายทวงถามหนี้ พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค หรือกฎหมายและระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สื่อสารทั้งภายในและภายนอก)
- มีความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ในแอปพลิเคชัน MS office โดยเฉพาะ Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Vlookup)
หรือเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจเช่าซื้อหรือลีสซิ่งจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• การเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี การวิเคราะห์ การคิดเชิงตรรกะ การแก้ปัญหา และการตัดสินใจ
• สามารถเดินทางทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศเพื่อทำธุรกิจได้
