<Job responsibilities>
Leadership
-Give direction to the organisations business growth by ensuring the right balance of product, Price, place and promotion to achieve long term objectives of the company
- Ensure company values are lived by all team members at all times by way of proper communication of values,
leading as an example and reinforcing value behaviors thereby aligning the team to the overall corporate culture
Strategic Planning
-Identify new business opportunities(new markets, new products,new business with exsisting clients, acquisitions
etc.) by carrying out market studies etc to develop strategies and plans to exploit identified business
opportunites.
- Market studies and strategies
Customer/ Supplier
- Develop and execute plans using formal (customer satisfaction survey, monthly reviews, customer complain
policy and tool etc) and informal (one to one chats, client entertainment etc) to obtain client feedback and maintian/ improve customer service levels while creating and Instilling a customer focus outlook among staff (direct/indirect)
Work Force Focus
- Guide, coach & motivate employees in order to increase the quality of departmental staff performance by providing
regular feedback and guidance on individual performance and assess the training needs of the team and obatin HR
facilitation to provide applicable training.
Financials
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, oversee and contribute to achievement of internal
operating budgets, monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing activity based on business goals, to
achieve company budget and the growth.
Process Management
-Lead the customer acquisition process from identification of suitable customers up until securing customer (including
agreements) by bringing together all relevant internal stakeholders in order to develop a wining solution for the
client while safeguarding the interest of the company
- Branding policy (short term/long term)
- Updated market and competitor analysis
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Sales or relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development freight forwarding.
- Experience in third-party logistics solutions 3PL company, Customer clearance, Cost management
- Fair to good Presentation and communication skills, in both Thai and English. ( Sri Lanka Chief Executive Officer )
- Have management skills
- Must have own car

- Fully or part qualification of CIM will be added advantage.

- มีทักษะในการนำเสนอและสื่อสารในระดับปานกลางถึงดี ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ (ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารศรีลังกา)
- มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการ
- ต้องมีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว
