(QA/QC) QMR Assistant Manager (60K – 65K) (SDG-103762)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Customer service dealing with quality issues.
• Response to problems that cannot be assembled parts or abnormal noises from customers
• Collaborate with subordinates to solve clients' problems and requests
• Deal new parts manufacturing with clients and employees by following orders on technical drawing
• Internal management for customer requests, quality checks, etc.
• Respond when requesting outside suppliers about heat treatment, etc.
• Other tasks assigned

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• บริการลูกค้าที่เกี่ยวข้องกับปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ
• ตอบสนองต่อปัญหาที่ไม่สามารถประกอบชิ้นส่วนได้หรือมีเสียงผิดปกติจากลูกค้า
• ทำงานร่วมกับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและการร้องขอของลูกค้า
• จัดการการผลิตชิ้นส่วนใหม่กับลูกค้าและพนักงานโดยปฏิบัติตามคำสั่งในการเขียนแบบทางเทคนิค
• จัดการภายใน คำขอของลูกค้า ตรวจสอบคุณภาพ ฯลฯ
• ตอบกลับเมื่อร้องขอจากซัพพลายเออร์ภายนอกเกี่ยวกับการบำบัดความร้อน ฯลฯ
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย



Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 37-42 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's degree in related technical fields
• At least 8 years working experience in metalworking and heat treatment company
• At least 5 years’ experience in QC/QA
• At least 5 years of management experience
• Knowledge of IATF and ISO
• Able to understand technical drawing.
• Basic level: English
• Not a job hopper
• Experienced in a large company (more than 150 employees) is preferred
• Experienced in Tier 1 industries is preferred

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon – Fri, Sat: Once a month)

• มีประสบการณ์ในบริษัทขนาดใหญ่ (พนักงานมากกว่า 150 คน) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมระดับ 1 จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
