Work details
Duties & Responsibilities:
• New Product and process design
• New product planning and market research
• Current Product design changes
• Evaluation of alternative materials for cost reduction/discontinuance
• Sales support for the introduction of products into the market
• Production support for new products (transfer to production section)
• Cooperate with production department (chemical production section) and production department (QC section) for trial production new products.
• Prepare research and development related reports.
• Creating and control of product specifications, user's manuals, and technical documentation
• Report the work progress to the supervisor.
• Coordinate the job with related department/section.
• Daily management of equipment, facilities, and supplies.
• Other jobs as assigned by supervisory
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์และกระบวนการใหม่
• วางแผนผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่และการวิจัยตลาด
• เปลี่ยนแปลงการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ปัจจุบัน
• ประเมินวัสดุทดแทนเพื่อการลดต้นทุน/การยุติการผลิต
• สนับสนุนการขายเพื่อแนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์เข้าสู่ตลาด
• สนับสนุนการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ (โอนไปยังส่วนการผลิต)
• ร่วมมือกับฝ่ายผลิต (ฝ่ายผลิตเคมีภัณฑ์) และฝ่ายผลิต (ฝ่ายควบคุมคุณภาพ) เพื่อทดลองผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
• จัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการวิจัยและพัฒนา
• สร้างและการควบคุมข้อกำหนดของผลิตภัณฑ์ คู่มือผู้ใช้ และเอกสารทางเทคนิค
• รายงานความคืบหน้าของงานให้หัวหน้างานทราบ
• ประสานงานงานกับแผนก/ส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• จัดการอุปกรณ์ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองรายวัน
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 24-30 years
• Female
• Bachelor’s in chemical science, Chemical Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and other related field.
• Working experiences at least 1 year as R&D in Automobile or related industrial.
• Excel data processing and PowerPoint creation for presentation materials
• Advance conversation in English
• Has own car, driving license
• Need to visit Bangna office every month (Depends on client.)
• No job hopper
• Strong at logical thinking: positive actions not waiting instruction.
• Team spirit: cooperation with various type of persons and leadership to encourage subordinate persons to achieve target.
• Able to communicate in Japanese is preferable
