<Job responsibilities>
- Responsible for monthly/yearly accounting statements.
- Prepare daily cash flow reports and cash flow budget plans.
- Prepare cash flow in advance and propose solutions to management, prepare statements for the accounting department and executives.
- Manage risk from exchange rates and Other financial factors, Monitor liquidity, risk diversification, and stability of various financial institutions
- Check the issuance of documents, letters, meeting minutes, and others to apply for loans, request to issue letters of guarantee, request to transfer money to banks or Other institutions.
- Present the company's cash management guidelines.
- Take care of financial work, control, inspect and improve finances.
- Analyze the receiving-payment situation.
- Control Pretty cash.
- Coordinate and prepare various financial reports.
- Other related work.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- รับผิดชอบจัดทำงบบัญชีรายเดือน/รายปี
- จัดทำรายงานกระแสเงินสดรายวันและแผนงบประมาณกระแสเงินสด
- จัดทำกระแสเงินสดล่วงหน้าและนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขแก่ฝ่ายบริหาร จัดทำใบแจ้งยอดบัญชีสำหรับฝ่ายบัญชีและผู้บริหาร
- บริหารความเสี่ยงจากอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนและปัจจัยทางการเงินอื่น ๆ ติดตามสภาพคล่อง การกระจายความเสี่ยง และความมั่นคงของสถาบันการเงินต่างๆ
- ตรวจสอบการออกเอกสาร จดหมาย รายงานการประชุม และอื่นๆ เพื่อขอสินเชื่อ ขอออกหนังสือค้ำประกัน ขอโอนเงินเข้าธนาคารหรือสถาบันอื่นๆ
- นำเสนอแนวทางการบริหารเงินสดของบริษัท
- ดูแลงานการเงิน ควบคุม ตรวจสอบ และปรับปรุงการเงิน
- วิเคราะห์สถานการณ์การรับ-ชำระเงิน
- ควบคุมเงินสด
- ประสานงานและจัดทำรายงานทางการเงินต่างๆ
- งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- At least 5-7 years overall experience in accounting and finance roles in any industry.
- Experience in doing daily and monthly cash flow statements.
- Experience in monthly/yearly financial statement closing.
- Have knowledge and understanding of bank loan transactions and e-banking.
- Have knowledge and understanding of withholding tax and VAT.
- Good of Excel skills(Pivot Table, VLOOKUP etc)
- Good command of English.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience from animation company/advertising agency/ digital agency/gaming company or any related industry.
- Have CPD license.
- Have management experience.

- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงบกระแสเงินสดรายวันและรายเดือน
- มีประสบการณ์ในการปิดงบการเงินรายเดือน/รายปี
- มีความรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับธุรกรรมสินเชื่อธนาคารและ e-banking
- มีความรู้และความเข้าใจเรื่องภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายและภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม
- ทักษะ Excel ดี (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP ฯลฯ )
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี

- มีประสบการณ์จากบริษัทแอนิเมชัน/เอเจนซี่โฆษณา/เอเจนซี่ดิจิทัล/บริษัทเกมหรืออุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีใบอนุญาต CPD
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหาร
