Regional Product & Application Specialist (SE Asia) (80K – 100K) (SDG-104205)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Hands on attitude. Possess great interpersonal skills and team player
• Be the Go-to Person on technical & product applications of Abrasive Belts, Sheets, Disc etc. and Cutting & Grinding wheels
• Work with sales team to support customers trials, set up and onboarding of users
• Recommend and match our product/program to deliver best outcomes for customer applications
• Key focus on developing of Wood, MDF, Stainless Steel, Aerospace, Auto Bodyworks & Welding Fabrication
• Able to value add and provide practical solutions to improve customer sanding, grinding, cutting and finishing applications
• Develop and lead End User product trials on customer sites
• Internal Testing and product evaluation. Produce technical report and proposals
• Develop and conduct product and application training for staff and customers
• Be the safety advocate on Safety Use on Abrasives
• Marketing Role:
• Support marketing initiatives for end users and channel partners
• Market information collection & competitor analysis
• Show and tell program.

• พัฒนาและเป็นผู้นำการทดลองผลิตภัณฑ์ของผู้ใช้ปลายทางบนเว็บไซต์ของลูกค้า
• ทดสอบภายในและการประเมินผลิตภัณฑ์ จัดทำรายงานทางเทคนิคและข้อเสนอ
• พัฒนาและดำเนินการฝึกอบรมผลิตภัณฑ์และแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับพนักงานและลูกค้า
• เป็นผู้สนับสนุนด้านความปลอดภัยในการใช้สารขัดถูอย่างปลอดภัย
• บทบาททางการตลาด:
• สนับสนุนความคิดริเริ่มทางการตลาดสำหรับผู้ใช้ปลายทางและพันธมิตร
• รวบรวมข้อมูลการตลาดและการวิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง
• แสดงและดูโปรแกรม



Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/business any related filed.
• Have 7 years Technical Application experience in related products/industries [cutting tools or spare parts in manufacturing]
• Able to speak & write good English: conversation high - business level of English (to communicate with overseas offices)
• Travel up to 50% is required
• Own car and have driving license for business purpose (company provides full car supports)

• Able to develop and conduct product & application training programs
• Excellence interpersonal and communication skills
• Well converse in MS Office Power point, Excel & Words
• Knowledge of Abrasives or related machinery will be advantageous
