ผู้จัดการฝ่ายวิศวกรการผลิต
<Job responsibilities>
- Responsible and improve of production processes: Mass production together with Engineer, Techinican and production Staff.
- Technical support, Yield, NG rate, Solving problems in production Line
- Improvement Job (Promote Quality, efficient of works, production Cost reduction etc.)
- Design working process, work instruction, procedure, control plan, working layout etc.
- Other tasks as assigned.
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- รับผิดชอบและปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต: การผลิตจำนวนมากร่วมกับวิศวกร ช่างเทคนิค และพนักงานฝ่ายผลิต
- การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิค Yield อัตรา NG การแก้ปัญหาในสายการผลิต
- การปรับปรุงงาน (ส่งเสริมคุณภาพ, ประสิทธิภาพของงาน, การลดต้นทุนการผลิต ฯลฯ )
- ออกแบบขั้นตอนการทำงาน คำสั่งงาน ขั้นตอน แผนการควบคุม รูปแบบการทำงาน ฯลฯ
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field
- Strong Experienced as Process Engineer or Production Engieer from Any Manufacturing business (Assistant Manager or Manager level for 1-3 years)
- Experience related to work instruction, Procedurem control plan and layout
- Experience in production Quality Improvement, Increase of production Efficiency, Cost reduction.
- Good knowledge in ISO9001, KPI, Lean Manufacturing/ Six sigma
- Good command of English (deal with Japanese MD)
- MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Proactive personality, Logical, able to explain with Logical way.
- Comfort for overtime work
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Proficient of Visual Basic, data base management
- knowledge of it, able to Coordinate with Outsorce it Vendor
- Experienced in related Industry such as Apparel, Sport wear etc.
- Early join candidate

- มีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสอนงาน แผนการควบคุมขั้นตอนและเค้าโครง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการปรับปรุงคุณภาพการผลิต, เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต, การลดต้นทุน
- มีความรู้ที่ดีเกี่ยวกับ ISO9001, KPI, Lean Manufacturing/ Six sigma
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (จัดการกับ MD ชาวญี่ปุ่น)
- MS Excel, PowerPoint
- บุคลิกภาพเชิงรุก มีตรรกะ สามารถอธิบายได้อย่างมีตรรกะ
- ความสะดวกสบายในการทำงานล่วงเวลา
