<Job responsibilities>
- 30% Assure no deficiency in term of SOX/ZD issue (result of SOX test/# case under ZD)
- 25% Assure high accuracy and on time avialability of all Financial statements, Taxation, Budgeting and its related matters (audit/HQ questions etc.) (meet an official time schedule and the defined KPI of each particular subject)
- 20% Drive for most effective FA organisation/operating process with most capable team mebers under an optimal cost in line with business movement
(progress meets with MTP strategy)
- 15% Involve with business movement to provide opinion/consultancy where nccessary (level of involvement/consultancy provided)
- 10% Participate in formulating department strategy as a part of of succession plan for Director position (provide idea to set annual strategy, bridge understading of operation level & management)
- Other tasks as assigned.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- 30% รับประกันว่าไม่มีข้อบกพร่องในแง่ของปัญหา SOX/ZD (ผลการทดสอบ SOX/# กรณีภายใต้ ZD)
- 25% รับประกันความถูกต้องสูงและตรงต่อเวลาของงบการเงิน ภาษี การจัดทำงบประมาณ และเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด (คำถามเกี่ยวกับการตรวจสอบ/สำนักงานใหญ่ ฯลฯ) (ตรงตามกำหนดเวลาอย่างเป็นทางการและ KPI ที่กำหนดไว้ในแต่ละหัวข้อ)
- 20% ขับเคลื่อนองค์กร/กระบวนการดำเนินงาน FA ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด โดยมีสมาชิกในทีมที่มีความสามารถมากที่สุดภายใต้ต้นทุนที่เหมาะสมที่สุดซึ่งสอดคล้องกับความเคลื่อนไหวทางธุรกิจ
(ความคืบหน้าสอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ MTP)
- 15% เกี่ยวข้องกับความเคลื่อนไหวทางธุรกิจเพื่อให้ความเห็น/คำปรึกษาในกรณีที่จำเป็น (ระดับการมีส่วนร่วม/คำปรึกษา)
- 10% มีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดกลยุทธ์ของแผนกโดยเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแผนการสืบทอดตำแหน่งผู้อำนวยการ (ให้แนวคิดในการกำหนดกลยุทธ์ประจำปี เชื่อมโยงความเข้าใจระดับปฏิบัติการและการจัดการ)
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 42 - 48 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- More than 10 years with experiences in direct responsible fields (Finance & Accounting, Audit, Credit & Collection, Budgeting etc.)
- Experienced in in-house corporate company
- Good people management skill (Being Management who supervise Senior Manager/ Manager level)
- Having CPD license
- Proficient in Audit process with Good knowledge of SOX
- Good knowledge of Thai and international Accounting/Tax systems
- Excellent English ability (report to Internal and oversea, communication/negotiation skill in both verbal, and writing)
- Strong business conceptual with analytical skill
- Hands on experiences with full overview of core operation system
- Welcome new challenges/new idea
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having CPA license
- Experienced in Trading field
- Experience in both in-house and Audit Firm field (difference business environment work experiences and Audit background)

Working Hour: 8:15-17:15(Monday to Friday, WFH 1 day/ week)

- มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการคนดี (เป็นผู้บริหารที่ดูแลผู้จัดการอาวุโส/ระดับผู้จัดการ)
- มีใบอนุญาต CPD
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญในกระบวนการตรวจสอบและมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ SOX เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรู้ด้านระบบบัญชี/ภาษีทั้งไทยและต่างประเทศเป็นอย่างดี
- ความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษดีเยี่ยม (รายงานภายในและต่างประเทศ ทักษะการสื่อสาร/การเจรจาต่อรองทั้งทางวาจาและการเขียน)
- มีแนวคิดทางธุรกิจที่แข็งแกร่งพร้อมทักษะการวิเคราะห์
- ประสบการณ์จริงพร้อมภาพรวมระบบปฏิบัติการหลักอย่างครบถ้วน
