<Job responsibilities>
- Assist HR Manager and work closely with a team of HR Headquarter, and Administrators to ensure all HR operational and transactional activities are executed timely.
- Responsibilities in the recruitment process since JOB posting and interview process.
- Facilitate welfare of employees and activities.
- Responsibilities for preparing Training Process (both internal & external) and summit all related training courses to the company & government.
- Responsibilities in built up the good relation between staff and company and communicating and joining with the company activities.
- Responsibilities in admin such as Monitor maids and drivers for completing their routine tasks, purchasing office supply, and recording in stock.
- knowledge in visa & work permit processing and documentation will be a plus.
- Other task as assigned.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ช่วยเหลือผู้จัดการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลและทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับทีมงานของสำนักงานใหญ่ฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลและผู้ดูแลระบบเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ากิจกรรมการปฏิบัติงานและธุรกรรมด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลทั้งหมดได้รับการดำเนินการอย่างทันท่วงที
- ความรับผิดชอบในกระบวนการสรรหาตั้งแต่การโพสต์งานและกระบวนการสัมภาษณ์
- อำนวยความสะดวกด้านสวัสดิการของพนักงานและกิจกรรมต่างๆ
- ความรับผิดชอบในการเตรียมกระบวนการฝึกอบรม (ทั้งภายในและภายนอก) และนำเสนอหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมดให้กับบริษัทและภาครัฐ
- ความรับผิดชอบในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างพนักงานและบริษัท และการติดต่อสื่อสารและการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของบริษัท
- ความรับผิดชอบในผู้ดูแลระบบ เช่น ตรวจสอบแม่บ้านและพนักงานขับรถเพื่อทำงานประจำให้เสร็จสิ้น การจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์สำนักงาน และการบันทึกในสต็อก
- มีความรู้ด้านวีซ่าและใบอนุญาตทำงานและเอกสารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Faculty Humanities. /Business Administration (Knowledge for Labour Laws of Thailand)
- Experienced 3-4 years in HR field.
- knowledge in visa & work permit processing
- Proficient in MS-office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Good command in English (communication with Chinese report line and documents)
<Preferable skill/Experience>
- Preferably with working experience and knowledge in Global logistics.
- Pleasant personality, service-orient minded and Self-motivated.
- knowledge in recruitment

Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday - Friday, WIO 100% )

- ปริญญาตรี คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ /บริหารธุรกิจ (ความรู้กฎหมายแรงงานไทย)
- มีประสบการณ์ 3-4 ปี ในด้าน HR.
- มีความรู้เรื่องวีซ่าและใบอนุญาตทำงาน
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญใน MS-office (Excel, Word และ PowerPoint)
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สื่อสารกับสายรายงานและเอกสารภาษาจีน)

- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานและความรู้ด้านโลจิสติกส์ระดับโลกจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
