HR Payroll (27K – 32K) (SDG-104659)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Work on the day-to-day operation of HR and Safety concerned such as canteen, maid, driver, and others.
• Check time attendance, overtime, diligent allowance, food allowance, leave record, etc. to support payroll preparation.
• Submit claim document insurance to the broker and coordinate with the broker insurance if there are any issues.
• Support HR department including HR and plant activity.
• Coordinate with the government, social security fund, the revenue department, Enforce the case of Student Loan Fund, Home Loan Fund
• Manage and track all cash expenses and reimbursement for HR concern items.
• Other HR assignment

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ปฏิบัติงานในแต่ละวันของฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลและความปลอดภัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น โรงอาหาร แม่บ้าน พนักงานขับรถ และอื่นๆ
• ตรวจสอบการเข้างาน, ค่าล่วงเวลา, ค่าขยัน, ค่าอาหาร, บันทึกการลา ฯลฯ เพื่อสนับสนุนการจัดทำเงินเดือน
• ยื่นเอกสารเคลมประกันให้กับนายหน้าและประสานงานกับนายหน้าประกันหากมีปัญหาใดๆ
• สนับสนุนแผนกทรัพยากรบุคคล รวมถึงทรัพยากรบุคคลและกิจกรรมโรงงาน
• ประสานงานกับภาครัฐ กองทุนประกันสังคม กรมสรรพากร การบังคับใช้กรณีกองทุนกู้ยืมเพื่อการศึกษา กองทุนสินเชื่อที่อยู่อาศัย
• จัดการและติดตามค่าใช้จ่ายเงินสดและการคืนเงินสำหรับรายการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับทรัพยากรบุคคล
• งานที่ได้รับมอบหมายด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลอื่นๆ


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 27-35 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's Degree in any related fields.
• Work Experience 5 years as HR in any manufacture.
• Must have payroll experience.
• Good command of Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Conversation low-middle level in English.
• Joining immediately is preferable.
• Be able to use Biosoft or Tiger soft program is preferable.

Workplace Area: Amatanakorn Ind. Estate Phase 10
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri (Depends on company calendar / Average 1 sat per month))
