Sales Coordinator (General Trading) (20K – 28K) (SDG- 104850)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare and send out quotation requests and inquiries from customers and parent companies using PCs and telephones.
• Exchange emails with clients by using English
• Submit order forms to the manufacturers. For example, exchange requests for parts from Japanese manufacturers.
• Send the parts sent from Japan to customs clearance.
• Sales recording and purchase recording operations (management) using internal devices.
• Miscellaneous tasks such as. arranging vehicles when customers come on business trips.
• Other tasks might be assigned

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• จัดเตรียมและส่งคำขอใบเสนอราคา สอบถามจากลูกค้าและบริษัทแม่โดยใช้ PC และโทรศัพท์
• แลกเปลี่ยนอีเมลกับลูกค้าโดยใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ
• ส่งแบบฟอร์มการสั่งซื้อไปยังผู้ผลิต เช่น ขอแลกอะไหล่จากผู้ผลิตในญี่ปุ่น
• ส่งชิ้นส่วนที่ส่งมาจากประเทศญี่ปุ่นไปยังพิธีการศุลกากร
• บันทึกการขายและบันทึกการซื้อ (การจัดการ) โดยใช้อุปกรณ์ภายใน
• งานเบ็ดเตล็ด เช่น การจัดยานพาหนะเมื่อลูกค้าเดินทางมาทำธุรกิจ
• งานอื่นๆ ที่อาจได้รับมอบหมาย


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years

• At least 1 year experience as a General Affairs
• Conversational low to middle-level English
• Able to use Microsoft Office
• Able to commute by own
• Can join soon.
• Experience in any manufacturing industries.
