Work details
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Determine the work plan, specify the appropriate method in accordance with the organization's policy for each party involved to implement.
• Manage, control and monitor the performance of various activities within the company such as cost reduction, QCC, 5S, all departments responsible in accordance with the policies, goals and plans set.
• Direct guidance for improvement of mistreatment or prevent actions that lead to fraud.
• Suggest ways to improve the production process production quality.
• Consider procuring suitable modern machinery and equipment for use in production.
• Manage and coordinate between internal organizations and customers or external agencies in reviewing agreements or differences to be accurate, including monitoring the performance and / or through the chain of command of each department.
• Consider and approve the production plan and control operations to achieve both efficiency and effectiveness.
• Consider the personnel plan and present the plan and prepare the production budget for the president of the company for approval.
• Plan to develop personnel to have knowledge and abilities that are suitable for their responsibilities.

• กำหนดแผนงาน ระบุวิธีการที่เหมาะสมตามนโยบายขององค์กรเพื่อให้แต่ละฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องนำไปปฏิบัติ
• บริหารจัดการ ควบคุม และติดตามการปฏิบัติงานของกิจกรรมต่างๆ ภายในบริษัท เช่น การลดต้นทุน QCC, 5S ทุกหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบให้เป็นไปตามนโยบาย เป้าหมาย และแผนงานที่วางไว้
• คำแนะนำโดยตรงสำหรับการปรับปรุงการปฏิบัติที่ไม่เหมาะสมหรือป้องกันการกระทำที่นำไปสู่การฉ้อโกง
• เสนอแนะแนวทางการปรับปรุงคุณภาพการผลิตในกระบวนการผลิต
• พิจารณาจัดหาเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ที่ทันสมัยเหมาะสมเพื่อใช้ในการผลิต
• บริหารจัดการและประสานงานระหว่างองค์กรภายในกับลูกค้าหรือหน่วยงานภายนอกในการทบทวนข้อตกลงหรือข้อแตกต่างให้ถูกต้อง รวมถึงติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงาน และ ผ่านสายการบังคับบัญชาของแต่ละแผนก
• พิจารณาและอนุมัติแผนการผลิตและควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล
• พิจารณาแผนบุคลากรและนำเสนอแผน และจัดทำงบประมาณการผลิตให้ประธานบริษัทอนุมัติ
• แผนพัฒนาบุคลากรให้มีความรู้ความสามารถเหมาะสมกับหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 40-47 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering preferred) or equivalent through experience.
• At least 10 years working as production control in automotive manufacture
• At least 3 years management experience as Manager level only
• Strong experience in injection process. (Must)
• Advance conversation English in middle-high level.
• Professional approach to work with internal & external team members with different responsibilities.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience dealing with Toyota supplier is preferable.
