<Job responsibilities>
- Lead to Exploration of Plant-Wide Machine Automation projects and spearheaded the identification, evaluation, and implementation of Automation projects across the entire plant.
- Responsible for All Aspects of Budgeting and Scheduling, Developing comprehensive project budgets in alignment with organizational goals and financial constraints.
- Project Reporting and Advanced analysis, Generate detailed project reports outlining progress, challenges, and outcomes and recommend improvements.
- Cost-Saving project Tracking, Monitor and track the financial impact of Automation projects, identifying opportunities for Cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Control and Evaluate All Contractor/Supplier Activities as procedure, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide Guidance and Training Assistance to Employees, Offer expertise and support to Employees involved in Automation initiatives, fostering skill development and knowledge transfer.
- Set Up work Instructions and Procedures for Employees and develop clear and concise work Instructions and Procedures for the operation and maintenance of automated systems.
- Follow work Instructions, Procedures, and safety Requirements.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering.
- 4 years experience in Automation Machine and Design Engineer
- Must be proficient in SolidWorks skills and Automation technologies.
- Experience in leading Automation projects from conception to implementation, including project planning, Budgeting, and scheduling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, multitask, and dynamic environments.
- knowledge of machinery safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Good in English communication.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- knowledge of emerging technologies in Automation, such as AI, Machine learning, and the Industrial Internet of Things (IOT)
