Duties & Responsibilities:
• Technical Expertise: Possess deep technical knowledge and understanding of the business/product or technology of company.
• Communication: Communicate technical concepts and information to non-technical audiences in a clear and understandable manner.
• Advocacy: Actively promote of company business and product
• Feedback Gathering: Gather feedback from stakeholders for identifying areas for improvement and guiding future development concerning business and product efforts.
• Community Building: Build and nurture a community around the business/product or technology. This includes engaging with users, answering questions, providing support, and facilitating discussions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with key stake holder.

• งานด้านรวบรวมคำติชม: รวบรวมคำติชมจากผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องเพื่อระบุพื้นที่สำหรับการปรับปรุงและชี้แนะการพัฒนาในอนาคตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจและผลิตภัณฑ์
• งานด้านการสร้างชุมชน: สร้างและดูแลชุมชนเกี่ยวกับธุรกิจ/ผลิตภัณฑ์หรือเทคโนโลยี ซึ่งรวมถึงการมีส่วนร่วมกับผู้ใช้ การตอบคำถาม การให้การสนับสนุน และการอำนวยความสะดวกในการสนทนา
• งานด้านการทำงานร่วมกัน: ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-40 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in Environmental Engineer (Especially ESG) in any industry.
• Knowledge in climate change and ESG process
• Experienced in climate change data analysis
• Experienced with major and global companies
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people.
• Experience with community building, developer relations, or similar roles is a plus.
• Passion for technology and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the industry.
• Conversation middle-high level in English.
• Good computer proficiency.
• Experience in Air-Conditioners is an advantage.
• TOEIC Score 550 up is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in JP is preferable.
