Work details
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Preparing and reviewing relevant accounting matters to ensure that the original documents have correct content and amounts and are carried out according to the established procedures.
• Accounting supervision and able to manage accounting documents in a timely manner. Have accurate accounting knowledge and be able to use it fluently. and accounting records must be completed daily and summarized monthly. without having any unfinished work
• Responsible for sorting Categorize and store important accounting documents and related accounting information regularly. By storing and maintaining it properly and manage data transfers in accordance with regulations.
• Working with other departments and preparing accounting information and related accounting documents to support Audit inspections and prepare for use in future audits.
• Other related accounting work.
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• จัดทำและทบทวนเรื่องบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้เอกสารต้นฉบับมีเนื้อหาและจำนวนที่ถูกต้อง และดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนที่กำหนด
• ดูแลการบัญชีและสามารถจัดการเอกสารทางบัญชีได้ทันเวลา มีความรู้ด้านบัญชีที่ถูกต้องและสามารถใช้งานได้คล่อง และจัดทำบันทึกทางบัญชีรายวันและสรุปรายเดือน
• รับผิดชอบในการคัดแยกจัดหมวดหมู่และจัดเก็บเอกสารทางบัญชีที่สำคัญและข้อมูลทางบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างสม่ำเสมอ โดยจัดเก็บและบำรุงรักษาอย่างเหมาะสม และจัดการการถ่ายโอนข้อมูลตามระเบียบข้อบังคับ
• ทำงานร่วมกับแผนกอื่นๆ และจัดทำข้อมูลทางบัญชีและเอกสารทางบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อรองรับการตรวจสอบและเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อใช้ในการตรวจสอบในอนาคต

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-45 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in account tasks in any industry
• Experience in handling overall of Account payable, Fixed assets, Petty cash, Account Receivable, GL, and VAT.
• Conversational middle to high level of English and Chinese
• Can join immediately
• Holding CPD license is preferable.
