Work details
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Monitoring the working performance of subordinate follow working standard in QA section
• Recheck / confirm quality problem from subordinate which can't decide by themselves then the summary monthly report
• Contact to supplier, concern section, customer about product quality or any activity and customer claims information
• Prepare document such as APQP, FMEA, PPAP and other
• Prepare data and request special acceptance from customer and discuss about product specification with customer
• Take care instrument calibration that has been use for product quality inspection
• Support for improvement items when customer request, claims and internal improvement activity
• Other tasks
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาตามมาตรฐานการทำงานในส่วนประกันคุณภาพ
• ตรวจสอบ/ยืนยันปัญหาด้านคุณภาพจากผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา จากนั้นจึงจัดทำรายงานสรุปประจำเดือน
• ติดต่อซัพพลายเออร์ ส่วนข้อกังวล คุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์หรือกิจกรรมใดๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับลูกค้า และข้อมูลการเรียกร้องของลูกค้า
• จัดเตรียมเอกสาร เช่น APQP, FMEA, PPAP และอื่นๆ
• จัดเตรียมข้อมูลและขอการยินยอมเป็นพิเศษจากลูกค้า หารือเกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติของผลิตภัณฑ์กับลูกค้า
• ดูแลการสอบเทียบเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการตรวจสอบคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์
• สนับสนุนด้านการปรับปรุงรายการเมื่อลูกค้าร้องขอ การเรียกร้อง และกิจกรรมการพัฒนาภายใน
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering or any related
• At least 2 years’ experience of QA engineer in automobile or any manufacturing.
• Conversational middle to high-level English (TOEIC score around 600) or Conversational middle to Business-level Japanese (up to N3)
• Able to make document for APQP, FMEA, PPAP and other.
• Joining immediately is preferable.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri, Sat: Once a month (7 times per year))
