<Job responsibilities>
IT Finance Leadership
• IT Budget Management:
- Lead the development and maintenance of the IT team’s multi-million-dollar annual budget in collaboration with IT leadership, business stakeholders and Group Finance, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic objectives
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to the CIO on budget performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that promote Cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies within it operations, while ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• IT Procurement & Vendor management:
- Track Vendor price increases and Reconcile Vendor invoices VS contractual commitments
- Establish and Maintain the it contract register
- Contract renewal and Legal review, with assistance from Group business Integrity
- IT RFP management
- IT Expenditure Request data validation and Approval management
- IT Recurring Bill management
- IT project Cost allocation oversight.
• IT Financial reporting, analysis, dashboards, Board presentation and Business Case inputs including:
- IT Total budget VS actual Cost
- IT project budget VS actual project Cost variance
- IT Cost Attribution (Staff vs non-staff, RTB vs CTB, cloud vs non-cloud, by vendor, etc)
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of financial business cases for it projects.
• Project Portfolio Governance Oversight (IT PMO)
- Ensure that project Managers update their project status weekly
- Synchronize Finance and it PMO project codes
- Maintain project dashboards including project Schedule status and project financial status
- Oversee project change Request workflows
- Manage project plan templates
- Ensure that project Managers Perform project close-OUT activities, including updating the Group data, Integration & Software Registers.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Accounting, or Finance
- Experiences in Cost Controller or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) from any industry
- Understanding of accounting principles, cost accounting, corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and basic Corporate Finance concepts
- Verbal and written English language skills.
- Specific experience analyzing Spend, financial modelling and forecasting within an it department
- Experience implementing effective processes and controls
- Willingness to travel occasionally, mostly throughout Asia and Europe
- Exposure to a corporate PMO and an understanding of project portfolio management processes
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Developing Power BI dashboards
- Vendor Staff augmentation contract management
- IT PMO leadership.

Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Mon-Fri [During probation period, WIO100%. After probation period, hybrid working applies 2 days in each week or according to department's policy])

- มีประสบการณ์ในการควบคุมต้นทุนหรือการวางแผนและการวิเคราะห์ทางการเงิน (FP&A) จากทุกอุตสาหกรรม
- ความเข้าใจหลักการบัญชี การบัญชีต้นทุน การวางแผนและการวิเคราะห์ทางการเงินขององค์กร (FP&A) และแนวคิดพื้นฐานทางการเงินขององค์กร
- ทักษะการพูดและการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ
- ประสบการณ์เฉพาะด้านการวิเคราะห์การใช้จ่าย การสร้างแบบจำลองทางการเงิน และการคาดการณ์ภายในแผนกไอที
- มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้กระบวนการและการควบคุมที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีความเต็มใจที่จะเดินทางเป็นครั้งคราว ทั่วเอเชียและยุโรปเป็นส่วนใหญ่
- การเปิดเผยต่อ PMO ขององค์กรและความเข้าใจในกระบวนการจัดการพอร์ตโฟลิโอโครงการ
