<Job responsibilities>
*Being at office around 2-3 days
- Visit customers' site by personal car with Japanese Head Engineer, Assistant Sales Manager.
- Collaborating with project, maintenance, Factory Managers, Sub contract for proper allocation and tracking of resources.
- Collect sufficient information at site on troubleshooting.
- Measurement of equipment eg. Pump, Valve at customer site.
- Preparing documentation of critical analysis and providing suggestions for correcting errors.
- Identifying deficiencies in mechanical processes and developing improvements.
- Deliver goods and Visit customer.
- Do technical presentation by power point.
- Communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner.
- Collaborating with Company Director and Assistant sales Manager.
- Develop technical report to Director and Assistant sales Manager.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- KPIs
- Monitor project time line based on establish started date and deadlines.
- Work with team to strategized solutions to prevent or minimize delays.
- Analysis report or related report with clear and understandable based on sufficiency information.
- Technical Communicate to the person in-charge with clear and accurate.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
*อยู่ที่ออฟฟิศประมาณ 2-3 วัน
- เข้าพบสถานที่ของลูกค้าด้วยรถยนต์ส่วนตัวกับ Head Engineer ชาวญี่ปุ่น, Assistant Sales Manager
- ทำงานร่วมกับโครงการ การบำรุงรักษา ผู้จัดการโรงงาน สัญญาย่อยเพื่อการจัดสรรที่เหมาะสมและการติดตามทรัพยากร
- รวบรวมข้อมูลที่เพียงพอที่ไซต์เกี่ยวกับการแก้ไขปัญหา
- การตรวจวัดอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ เช่น ปั๊ม,วาล์วที่ไซต์ลูกค้า
- จัดทำเอกสารการวิเคราะห์เชิงวิพากษ์และให้คำแนะนำในการแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด
- การระบุข้อบกพร่องในกระบวนการทางกลและการพัฒนาการปรับปรุง
- ส่งสินค้าและพบลูกค้า
- ทำการนำเสนอทางเทคนิคด้วย Power point
- สื่อสารความรู้ทางเทคนิคในลักษณะที่ชัดเจนและเข้าใจได้
- ทำงานร่วมกับผู้อำนวยการบริษัทและผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย
- พัฒนารายงานทางเทคนิคให้กับผู้อำนวยการและผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ตัวชี้วัด KPI
- ตรวจสอบไทม์ไลน์ของโครงการตามวันที่เริ่มต้นและกำหนดเวลา
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมเพื่อหาแนวทางแก้ไขเชิงกลยุทธ์เพื่อป้องกันหรือลดความล่าช้า
- รายงานการวิเคราะห์หรือรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องมีความชัดเจนและเข้าใจได้บนพื้นฐานของข้อมูลที่เพียงพอ
- สื่อสารทางเทคนิคกับผู้รับผิดชอบอย่างชัดเจนและถูกต้อง


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 22 - 26 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates or 1-3 years experience as Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical Seal, Machinery, Chemical, Oil and Gas, Liquid related business etc.)
- Conversational high in English (Coordinate between Japanese and Thai PIC client)
- Can write simply drawing of mechanical seal part (AutoCAD)
- Understand basic of mechanical seal part and function
- Having personal car, driving license
- Can work and support customer in up-country by required
- Flexible to work in Holiday (if require)
- Exempted from military service (Male candidate)
- Creativity, listening skill, and an enthusiastic mind
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having TOEIC score
- Experienced in oil and gas Business etc.

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Ekkamai
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Mon - Fri (Saturday: depends on work require) [Clock-in and clock-out via application])

- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่หรือมีประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปีในด้านวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล (Mechanical Seal, เครื่องจักร, เคมี, น้ำมันและก๊าซ, ธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับของเหลว ฯลฯ)
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (ประสานงานระหว่างลูกค้า PIC ชาวญี่ปุ่นและไทย)
- สามารถเขียนแบบง่ายๆ ของชิ้นส่วนแมคคานิคอลซีล (AutoCAD)
- เข้าใจพื้นฐานของชิ้นส่วนและการทำงานของแมคคานิคอลซีล
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว มีใบขับขี่
- สามารถทำงานและสนับสนุนลูกค้าต่างจังหวัดได้ตามความต้องการ
- ยืดหยุ่นในการทำงานในวันหยุดได้ (ถ้าจำเป็น)
- ได้รับการยกเว้นการรับราชการทหาร (ชาย)
- ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ทักษะการฟัง และจิตใจที่กระตือรือร้น
