เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายโซลูชั่นไอทีก่อนการขาย (โครงสร้างพื้นฐาน/IoT)

<Job responsibilities>
- Design the Overall IT solution architecture according to the requirements, pain points, or problems to customer.
- Work with sales team by providing technical expertise, demonstrations, and solution presentations.
- Prepare BOM / BOQ, estimate total Cost of solution include man-days and Other external services.
- Preparation of renewal orders with supplier and prepare Cost sheet to Sale team.
- Engaging in regular Follow-up with customers/Partners/Distributors for on-time execution of Purchase orders for
maintenance renewals.
- Prepare, update supplier quotation and Other document for handover to PR/PO team continue process of Purchase order.
- Work with technical team and partner to prepare solutions.
- Perform Other duties as assigned by supervisor.


<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมโซลูชันไอทีโดยรวมตามความต้องการ ปัญหาที่เป็นปัญหา หรือปัญหาของลูกค้า
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมขายโดยให้ความเชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคนิค การสาธิต และการนำเสนอโซลูชัน
- จัดทำ BOM/BOQ ประมาณการต้นทุนรวมของการแก้ปัญหา รวมวันทำงาน และบริการภายนอกอื่นๆ
- จัดเตรียมคำสั่งต่ออายุกับซัพพลายเออร์และจัดทำใบต้นทุนให้กับทีมขาย
- มีส่วนร่วมในการติดตามผลกับลูกค้า/คู่ค้า/ผู้จัดจำหน่ายอย่างสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อดำเนินการตามคำสั่งซื้อได้ตรงเวลา
การต่ออายุการบำรุงรักษา
- จัดเตรียม อัปเดตใบเสนอราคาของซัพพลายเออร์และเอกสารอื่นๆ เพื่อส่งมอบให้กับทีมงาน PR/PO ดำเนินการตามใบสั่งซื้อต่อไป
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานด้านเทคนิคและพันธมิตรเพื่อเตรียมการแก้ปัญหา
- ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่หัวหน้ามอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in IT solutions Consultant
- Experience in pre-sales
- Experience in working with BOM/BOQ/TOR/POC Demo and, etc.
- Good English written and verbal communication skills (to present the technical presentation to external stakeholders, and report to Japanese Managers)
- Deep understanding of technology: Server virtualization infrastructure, Cloud service, Backup and Recovery, system, monitoring and related
- Good Negotiation and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and prioritization skills, good presentation and storytelling skills.
- Understand Business processes such as financial, Distribution and Integration.
- Self-learning, motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
<Preferable Skills/Experience>
- Experience work in Japanese Company (if possible)
- Experience in pre-sales of IT solutions will be advantage

- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและการสื่อสารที่ดี
- ทักษะการแก้ปัญหาและการจัดลำดับความสำคัญที่ดี ทักษะการนำเสนอและการพูดที่ดี
