<Job responsibilities>
- Analyze beauty market trends, competitors’ promotion, collect information to build new customer’s base.
- Plan a strategy and service directions and create promotions.
- Create Brand awareness and design marketing communications in online and offline to be able to reach the target audience.
- Create content and Take care all SNS of Brand channel (Facebook, IG)
- Translate new product leaflet, Press Release from English to Thai.
- Coordinate to update the Company Website.
- Presenting, summarizing, and evaluating and improving marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the sale team and Other tasks as assigned.
- Coordinate for design of new counter store and VMD.
- Support sale and marketing activities
- Others as assigned

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มตลาดความงาม โปรโมชั่นของคู่แข่ง รวบรวมข้อมูลเพื่อสร้างฐานลูกค้าใหม่
- วางแผนกลยุทธ์และทิศทางการบริการและสร้างโปรโมชั่น
- สร้างการรับรู้ถึงแบรนด์และออกแบบการสื่อสารการตลาดทั้งออนไลน์และออฟไลน์เพื่อให้สามารถเข้าถึงกลุ่มเป้าหมาย
- สร้างเนื้อหาและดูแล SNS ของช่องแบรนด์ทั้งหมด (Facebook, IG)
- แปลใบปลิวผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์จากภาษาอังกฤษเป็นภาษาไทย
- ประสานงานปรับปรุงเว็บไซต์ของบริษัท
- การนำเสนอสรุปและประเมินผลและปรับปรุงกิจกรรมทางการตลาด
- ประสานงานกับทีมขาย และงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ประสานงานการออกแบบเคาน์เตอร์สโตร์ใหม่และ VMD
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมการขายและการตลาด
- อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing planning, marketing campaign, marketing research, digital planning.
- Working knowledge in FMCG such as cosmetic product, haircare, health care.
- Good command in English (Communication with Japanese MD and report)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in doing E-commerce marketing in cosmetic industry
- Be able to use graphic program for marketing ex. Illustrators, Photoshop
- Sale Experience preferred
- Ability to think critically and creatively is a must

- สัญชาติไทย , เพศหญิง อายุ 27 - 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด ธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการวางแผนการตลาด แคมเปญการตลาด การวิจัยการตลาด การวางแผนดิจิทัล
- ความรู้การทำงานด้าน FMCG เช่น ผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องสำอาง ผลิตภัณฑ์ดูแลเส้นผม การดูแลสุขภาพ
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (สื่อสารกับ MD และรายงานชาวญี่ปุ่นได้)
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำตลาด E-Commerce ในอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องสำอาง
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมกราฟิกเพื่อการตลาดได้ เช่น นักวาดภาพประกอบ, โฟโต้ชอป
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ความสามารถในการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณและสร้างสรรค์เป็นสิ่งจำเป็น
