<Job responsibilities>
Financial Planning:
- Develop, lead, and manage the annual budgeting process, working closely with the Business Director to gather input and create detailed budgets.
- Create long-term financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate the potential impact of various Business decisions and external factors.
- Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies for new initiatives and investments.
Financial Analysis:
- Analyze financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and trends to identify areas of opportunity or concern.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability, Cost efficiency, and overall financial performance.
Reporting and Presentation:
- Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to senior management.
Cost Management:
- Monitor and control costs across the organization.
- Identify opportunities for Cost reduction and process improvement.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
การวางแผนทางการเงิน:
- พัฒนา เป็นผู้นำ และจัดการกระบวนการจัดทำงบประมาณประจำปี โดยทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับผู้อำนวยการธุรกิจเพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูลและสร้างงบประมาณโดยละเอียด
- สร้างแบบจำลองทางการเงินและการคาดการณ์ระยะยาวเพื่อสนับสนุนการวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์และการตัดสินใจ
- ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพทางการเงินเทียบกับงบประมาณและการคาดการณ์ ระบุความแปรปรวนและแนะนำการดำเนินการแก้ไข
- ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์เพื่อประเมินผลกระทบที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการตัดสินใจทางธุรกิจต่างๆ และปัจจัยภายนอก
- ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ทางการเงินและศึกษาความเป็นไปได้สำหรับความคิดริเริ่มและการลงทุนใหม่ ๆ
การวิเคราะห์ทางการเงิน:
- วิเคราะห์งบการเงิน ตัวบ่งชี้ประสิทธิภาพหลัก (KPI) และแนวโน้มเพื่อระบุโอกาสหรือข้อกังวล
- ให้ข้อมูลเชิงลึกและคำแนะนำเพื่อปรับปรุงความสามารถในการทำกำไร ประสิทธิภาพด้านต้นทุน และประสิทธิภาพทางการเงินโดยรวม
การรายงานและการนำเสนอ:
- จัดทำและนำเสนอรายงานทางการเงิน รวมถึงงบการเงินรายเดือน รายไตรมาส และประจำปี แก่ผู้บริหารระดับสูง
การจัดการต้นทุน:
- ติดตามและควบคุมต้นทุนทั่วทั้งองค์กร
- ระบุโอกาสในการลดต้นทุนและปรับปรุงกระบวนการ


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 7+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis, Financial Planning, or Financial-related roles.
- Minimum 3+ years experience in a managerial role.
- Minimum 2 years experience in marketing/digital/Advertising agency or service company
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and reporting.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the Business process, and systems optimization
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Proactive, Self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal skills
- Personal integrity and an ability to Maintain the confidentiality of company and client information
- Any ERP implementation experience is a plus
- knowledge of Power BI is a plus

- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไปในตำแหน่งผู้บริหาร
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในด้านการตลาด/ดิจิทัล/เอเจนซี่โฆษณาหรือบริษัทผู้ให้บริการ
- มีความรู้เป็นอย่างดีเกี่ยวกับการวางแผนทางการเงิน การจัดทำงบประมาณ การวิเคราะห์ และการรายงาน
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้โปรแกรม MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ความสามารถที่ยอดเยี่ยมในการแก้ปัญหาพร้อมกับทักษะการวิเคราะห์ ความเข้าใจกระบวนการทางธุรกิจ และการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของระบบ
