<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
• ออกแบบและจัดการโครงการก่อสร้าง
• ประเมินสภาพไซต์งานและเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข
• ดูแลกำหนดเวลาโครงการ งบประมาณ และทรัพยากร
• จัดเตรียมกำหนดการและงบประมาณของโครงการ
• รับประกันความปลอดภัยของโครงสร้างด้วยการคำนวณและการจำลอง
• บริหารจัดการทีมงานก่อสร้างและผู้รับเหมา
• ติดตามความคืบหน้าและคุณภาพของโครงการ
• ประเมินและลดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมให้เหลือน้อยที่สุด
• ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าปฏิบัติตามรหัสอาคารและข้อบังคับ
• สร้างประมาณการต้นทุนที่แม่นยำและจัดการงบประมาณโครงการ
• ระบุและแก้ไขความท้าทายด้านวิศวกรรมและการก่อสร้าง
• ทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานโครงการและผู้เชี่ยวชาญอื่นๆ
• ติดตามแนวโน้มของอุตสาหกรรมและติดตามการพัฒนาทางวิชาชีพ

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in the civil engineering (Construction/Plant) field.
- In-depth knowledge of design and visualization software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility Design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals.
- Professional Engineer's license is highly desirable.
- Able to prepare engineering deliverables using company's existing software.
- Drawings: AutoCAD
- Strength (Analysis and Design) Report: STAAD.Pro,
- Minor Calculations: MS Excel Templates.
- BOQ, schedule, Presentation, Correspondence: MS Office Package
- Strong project management and supervision skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication in written and spoken English.
- Able to travel to Rayong

- ความรู้เชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับซอฟต์แวร์การออกแบบและการแสดงภาพ เช่น AutoCAD, Civil 3D หรือที่คล้ายกัน
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการวางผังไซต์ การให้เกรด การออกแบบสาธารณูปโภค การควบคุมการกัดเซาะ และการอนุมัติตามกฎระเบียบ
- ใบอนุญาตวิศวกรมืออาชีพเป็นที่ต้องการอย่างมาก
- สามารถจัดเตรียมการส่งมอบงานทางวิศวกรรมโดยใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ที่มีอยู่ของบริษัท
