HR Officer (JP speaking) (40K – 60K) (SDG-107620)
เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล (สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handle for HR works with other members
• Handle for employee attendance, OT works, annual leave in daily, weekly, monthly
• Make for recruiting plan thought company requirement
• Prepare and arrange interview with management team
• Orientation for new employee and support new persons in probation period especially
• Maintain and handle for Personnel assessment and Personnel evaluation
• Coordinate for visa and work permit application/renewal for Expats / Report
• Handle for some projects with Japan HQ related company management policy (Have to communicate with Japanese)
• Support for internal events
• Other tasks as assigned by Japanese President
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• รับผิดชอบงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลร่วมกับสมาชิกคนอื่นๆ
• รับผิดชอบการเข้าร่วมงานของพนักงาน, การทำงานล่วงเวลา, วันหยุดประจำปีรายวัน รายสัปดาห์ รายเดือน
• จัดทำแผนการรับสมัครพนักงานตามความต้องการของบริษัท
• จัดเตรียมและนัดสัมภาษณ์กับทีมผู้บริหาร
• ปฐมนิเทศสำหรับพนักงานใหม่และให้ช่วยเหลือพนักงานใหม่โดยเฉพาะในช่วงทดลองงาน
• ดูแลและรับผิดชอบการประเมินบุคลากร
• ประสานงานการยื่นขอวีซ่าและใบอนุญาตทำงาน/ต่ออายุวีซ่าสำหรับชาวต่างชาติ/รายงาน
• รับผิดชอบโครงการบางส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับนโยบายการจัดการบริษัทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสำนักงานใหญ่ในญี่ปุ่น (ต้องสื่อสารกับคนญี่ปุ่น)
• สนับสนุนกิจกรรมภายในบริษัท
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ประธานบริษัทชาวญี่ปุ่นมอบหมาย
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-38 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years working experience as HR & Admin in Construction or General trading, manufacturing Japanese company
• Conversational middle level of Japanese
• Can commute by yourself or company bus (only main road Bangna to Company)
• Not job hopper
• Personality: Good response, cooperative person
• Experience of HRM (Human resource management) or HRD (Human resource development) is preferable.
• Working or studying in Japan is preferable.
• Having willingness to management position in the future is preferable.
