<Job responsibilities>
- To oversee process of reviewing contract and other documents (Thai-English) related to business operation, oversee legal staff on review and draft contract, supervise and control contract management system, plan and control contract audit.
- Give legal advisory to Business operation.
- Oversee company registration in company Group and information collection.
- Oversee overall legal advisory on corporate matter and license/ Fair trading.
- To oversee and finalizing communication with law firm for professional opinion related to Company Group and ASEAN's business, plan and oversee law firm evaluation result.
- Plan and Oversee holding of global regional legal meeting.
- Others as per assigned by Company.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ดูแลกระบวนการตรวจสอบสัญญาและเอกสารอื่นๆ (ไทย-อังกฤษ) ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการดำเนินธุรกิจ ดูแลเจ้าหน้าที่กฎหมายในการทบทวนและร่างสัญญา ดูแลและควบคุมระบบการจัดการสัญญา วางแผนและควบคุมการตรวจสอบสัญญา
- ให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายในการดำเนินธุรกิจ
- ดูแลการจดทะเบียนบริษัทในกลุ่มบริษัทและรวบรวมข้อมูล
- ดูแลให้คำปรึกษาทางกฎหมายโดยรวมเกี่ยวกับเรื่ององค์กรและใบอนุญาต/การค้าที่เป็นธรรม
- ดูแลและสรุปการสื่อสารกับสำนักงานกฎหมายเพื่อขอความเห็นทางวิชาชีพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกลุ่มบริษัทและธุรกิจในอาเซียน วางแผนและดูแลผลการประเมินสำนักงานกฎหมาย
- วางแผนและดูแลการจัดการประชุมทางกฎหมายระดับภูมิภาคระดับโลก
- อื่นๆ ตามที่บริษัทมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree graduated in Law
- Work experience in legal in the corporate in the Managerial Level
- Having Lawyer license or Certificate of Thai Bar
- Excellent English skill [to communicate with overseas group offices]
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experiences in manufacturing industry

Japanese level : None

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Friday)

- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดีเยี่ยม [เพื่อสื่อสารกับสำนักงานกลุ่มในต่างประเทศ]

- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต
