<Job responsibilities>
- Design and determine the format and service standards of the store as well as Provide training for the service team.
- Plan manpower management and create employee work cycle schedules so that there are enough employees to Provide quality customer service.
- Organize training to develop skills and knowledge in food, beverages and services for employees in the store in order to Achieve the goals and company set.
- Manage satisfaction, build and Maintain good relationships with customers in the long term.
- Respond correctly and quickly to customer problems and complaints and bring those problems or complaints to improve the quality of service.
- Take care of the discipline of employees to keep the store tidy.
- Supervise the quality and standards of service to create maximum satisfaction for customers.
- Responsible for customer inquiries and complaints and will Be Responsible for resolving customer complaints and implementing new policies that will not have an impact on customers.
- Solve problems and give advice to employees in solving problems for customers.
- Promote, support and follow the company's policies.
- Plan the amount/quantity of raw materials in the store together with the chef.
- Check, summarize data and analyze daily and monthly sales reports.
- Manage sales and costs, analyze profit/loss statements for use in planning work to Achieve the goals the company has set.
- Support marketing activities that are organized to Be successful according to the set goals, analyze data in order to improve the next activity.
*Now have Kitchen full team will hire operation team more (candidate have to interview them)

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ออกแบบและกำหนดรูปแบบและมาตรฐานการให้บริการของร้าน พร้อมทั้งจัดฝึกอบรมทีมงานบริการ
- วางแผนการบริหารกำลังคนและสร้างตารางการทำงานของพนักงานเพื่อให้มีพนักงานเพียงพอที่จะให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างมีคุณภาพ
- จัดฝึกอบรมพัฒนาทักษะและความรู้ด้านอาหาร เครื่องดื่ม และบริการ ให้กับพนักงานในร้าน เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายและบริษัทที่ตั้งไว้
- บริหารจัดการความพึงพอใจ สร้าง และรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้าในระยะยาว
- ตอบสนองต่อปัญหาและข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าอย่างถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว และนำปัญหาหรือข้อร้องเรียนเหล่านั้นมาปรับปรุงคุณภาพการบริการ
- ดูแลวินัยของพนักงานเพื่อให้ร้านเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย
- ดูแลคุณภาพและมาตรฐานการบริการเพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดให้กับลูกค้า
- รับผิดชอบในการสอบถามและข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า และจะรับผิดชอบในการแก้ไขข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า และดำเนินการตามนโยบายใหม่ที่จะไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อลูกค้า
- แก้ไขปัญหาและให้คำแนะนำแก่พนักงานในการแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้า
- ส่งเสริม สนับสนุน และปฏิบัติตามนโยบายของบริษัท
- วางแผนปริมาณ/ปริมาณวัตถุดิบในร้านร่วมกับเชฟ
- ตรวจสอบ สรุปข้อมูล และวิเคราะห์รายงานยอดขายรายวันและรายเดือน
- บริหารยอดขายและต้นทุน วิเคราะห์งบกำไรขาดทุนเพื่อใช้ในการวางแผนงานให้บรรลุเป้าหมายที่บริษัทตั้งไว้
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมการตลาดที่จัดขึ้นเพื่อให้ประสบความสำเร็จตามเป้าหมายที่ตั้งไว้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เพื่อปรับปรุงกิจกรรมต่อไป
*ตอนนี้มีทีมงานครัวเต็มจะจ้างทีมปฏิบัติการเพิ่ม (ผู้สมัครต้องสัมภาษณ์เอง)


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Education level: Vocational Certificate - Bachelor's Degree
- Has experience as a restaurant manager for not less than 3 years
- Have computer skills, use MS office office programs fluently
- Understand storefront POS systems.
- Be diligent, patient and able to work well under pressure.
- Have a Passion for service and Be friendly
- Have the ability to plan work systematically and Be creative.
- Willing to develop oneself
- Very active and have much energy
<Preferable Skills/Experience>
- Experiences in set up the team and restaurant
- Able to interview the employee

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Phra Khanong
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(1 day off per week and 2 shifts per day, Restaurant start at 11:00- 23:00)
