Factory Manager (60K – 80K) (SDG-107798)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage the factory ensuring high quality business activities with maximum efficiency, production, service, and profitability for the organization.
• Assist Line Manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction
• Overall responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory regulations e.g. Best Practice Guidelines, ISO certification.
• Manage, direct, and monitor the overall performance of the factory.
• Effective liaison with and support and assistance to the whole of the organization.
• Maintain and improve mechanisms for factory production and activities
• Utilize appropriate systems to manage factory production, functions, analysis, and documentation.
• Assist in the development and preparation of the strategy and general business planning of both the factory and the organization.
• Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability, and review.
• Analyze project plans and recommendations from various agencies. and suggesting safety measures at work to employers
• Recommend to employers to have a work safety management that is suitable for the workplace and to develop it continuously to be effective.
• Analyze work to identify hazards including prescribing preventive measures or safe working procedures to be presented to employers
• Assessing occupational safety risks
• Determine the policy of using information technology to be in line with the company's operating policy.
• Control, manage, troubleshoot, and maintain computer equipment. to be effective
• Control and supervise the project implementation plan and report the project situation to the management
• Control, supervise, manage projects including analysis to solve project problems
• Control and monitor and ensure the export shipment in accordance with the required delivery to customers.
• Cooperate with the company's policy. in terms of quality systems, occupational health and safety, and the environment regularly.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• ดูแลโรงงานเพื่อให้กิจกรรมทางธุรกิจมีคุณภาพสูง
• ช่วยเหลือผู้จัดการสายงานในการบรรลุความพึงพอใจสูงสุดของลูกค้า
• รับผิดชอบในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ทั้งหมดให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมาย/ข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น การรับรอง ISO
• ดูแลและตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมของโรงงาน
• ประสานงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและสนับสนุนองค์กร
• ปรับปรุงกลไกสำหรับการผลิตและกิจกรรมของโรงงาน รวมถึงการสำรวจและวัดผลการปฏิบัติงาน
• ใช้ระบบที่เหมาะสมเพื่อจัดการการผลิตของโรงงาน
• พัฒนาและจัดเตรียมกลยุทธ์และการวางแผนธุรกิจทั่วไปของทั้งโรงงานและองค์กร
• มอบหมายอำนาจและความรับผิดชอบให้กับทีมงานในการกำกับดูแล
• วิเคราะห์แผนงานและข้อเสนอแนะจากหน่วยงานต่างๆ และเสนอแนะมาตรการความปลอดภัยในการทำงานแก่ผู้ว่าจ้าง
• แนะนำให้ผู้ว่าจ้างมีการจัดการด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานที่เหมาะสม
• วิเคราะห์งานเพื่อระบุอันตราย รวมถึงกำหนดมาตรการป้องกันหรือขั้นตอนการทำงานที่ปลอดภัยเพื่อนำเสนอต่อผู้ว่าจ้าง
• ประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
• กำหนดนโยบายการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายการดำเนินงานของบริษัท
• แก้ไขปัญหาและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
• กำกับดูแลแผนดำเนินงานโครงการและรายงานสถานการณ์โครงการต่อผู้บริหาร
• จัดการโครงการรวมทั้งวิเคราะห์เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาโครงการ
• ติดตามและดูแลการส่งออกให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดส่งมอบให้ลูกค้า
• ให้ความร่วมมือกับนโยบายของบริษัท ในด้านระบบคุณภาพ อาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างสม่ำเสมอ


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-48 years
• Male only
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management or any related fields.
• Have working experience at least 7 years in plant management or operation management from construction industry or related.
• Management experience at least 5 years
• Advance conversation middle-high level of English
• Excellent in production process.
• Have energy, hazardous substances and industrial waste Management
• Must professional certificate about Safety management
• Manpower, Process oriented
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization (up, down, peers)
• Can do attitude & Positive Thinking, Leadership demonstrated, creative problem-solving skills and good team playing.
