Customer Service Manager (Logistics) (70K–75K) (SDG-108125)
ผู้จัดการฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า (โลจิสติกส์)
<Job responsibilities>
- Manage CS department staff (Manage 10 subordinates)
- Check quotations and invoices that subordinates issued (quality checks)
- Meetings with customers regarding transportation and schedules (Meetings with customers in Thaikand, Europe, US, Singapore, India...)
- Organize documents related to imports and exports, and Review and approve their contents
- Oversee all ongoing projects and work to ensure there are no delays
- Conduct sales activities to key customers (only if the Contact person was a Thai person in charge)
- Other duties as assigned
<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- จัดการพนักงานแผนก CS (จัดการทีม 10 คน)
- ตรวจสอบใบเสนอราคาและใบแจ้งหนี้ที่ทีมออก (ตรวจสอบคุณภาพ)
- ประชุมกับลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการขนส่งและตารางเวลา (ประชุมกับลูกค้าในไทย, ยุโรป, อเมริกา, สิงคโปร์, อินเดีย...)
- จัดระเบียบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำเข้าและส่งออก รวมถึงตรวจสอบและอนุมัติเนื้อหา
- ดูแลโครงการที่กำลังดำเนินอยู่ทั้งหมดและทำงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าไม่มีความล่าช้า
- ดำเนินกิจกรรมการขายให้กับลูกค้ารายสำคัญ (เฉพาะในกรณีที่ผู้ติดต่อเป็นคนไทยที่รับผิดชอบ)
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 40 - 47 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・Working experience as Customer Service Manager (Assistant Manager) in a Logistics company
・Having experience in all Air, Land, and Sea transport
・Conversational high level of English
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Japanese company
・Having experience of take care Electronics and Semiconductor products
