Instrument and Advance Control Engineer (Gas Plant) (30K–50K) (SDG-108323)

<Job responsibilities>
- Instrument and advance control engineering related to the Design, specification, installation, and commissioning of new equipment or modification with final acceptance equipment test run
- Analyzing and solving machinery problems in normal and urgent situations/cases or on-call for continuous operation of machinery and control system
- Complete corrective maintenance (CM) and predictive maintenance (PM) calibrating of all equipment and control systems such as PLC, DCS, and SCADA.
- Control and improve plant availability, and reliability are above 99%
- Evaluating and presenting a monthly maintenance Summary report for analysis and improvement of availability, reliability, performance, and efficiency of machinery
- Monitor and control maintenance Cost versus plant KPIs

- การสอบเทียบการบำรุงรักษาเชิงแก้ไข (CM) และการบำรุงรักษาเชิงคาดการณ์ (PM) ที่สมบูรณ์สำหรับอุปกรณ์และระบบควบคุมทั้งหมด เช่น PLC, DCS และ SCADA
- ควบคุมและปรับปรุงความพร้อมของโรงงาน และความน่าเชื่อถือสูงกว่า 99%
- ประเมินและนำเสนอรายงานสรุปการบำรุงรักษารายเดือนเพื่อการวิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงความพร้อมใช้งาน ความน่าเชื่อถือ ประสิทธิภาพ และประสิทธิภาพของเครื่องจักร

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Instrument or Control Engineering
- 3 - 5 years experience in the field within the gas industrial, petrochemical, or chemical industry
- AutoCAD (2D/3D) and/or Microsoft Project, PLC, DCS, SCADA and analyzer
- Good command of written and spoken English [to communicate internally]
- Familiar with API, ASME, and relevant standards and Design codes
- Cost reduction skills, Proficiency in Analyzing mechanical systems, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Instrument and control maintenance knowledge.
- Experience in team management
- Excellent command in English
- Quality Management knowledge ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015
- Planning control and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and Present findings.
