<Job responsibilities>
- Planning, executing, and monitoring sales activities in all branches.
- Evaluating the performance of each branch and proposing improvement measures.
- Managing, training, and guiding the Marketing teams at each branch.
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting performance data for each branch.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
Sales Activity Management:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies for all branches.
- Monitor and ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
- Coordinate with branch managers to address and re-solve sales-related issues.
Performance Evaluation and Improvement:
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for each branch, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
- Propose and implement corrective measures to enhance branch performance.
- Monitor the implementation of improvement measures and assess their effectiveness.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and Analyze performance data from each branch to identify trends and insights.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences.
- Analyze competitor activities and strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on market and competitor analysis to enhance the company's competitive position.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- วางแผน ดำเนินการ และติดตามกิจกรรมการขายในทุกสาขา
- ประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของแต่ละสาขาและเสนอมาตรการปรับปรุง
- บริหารจัดการ ฝึกอบรม และแนะนำทีมการตลาดในแต่ละสาขา
- รวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และรายงานข้อมูลผลการดำเนินงานของแต่ละสาขา
- ทำการวิจัยตลาดและวิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง
การจัดการกิจกรรมการขาย:
- พัฒนาและดำเนินการตามแผนและกลยุทธ์การขายสำหรับทุกสาขา
- ติดตามและรับประกันความสำเร็จของเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์การขาย
- ประสานงานกับผู้จัดการสาขาเพื่อจัดการและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขาย
การประเมินและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพ:
- ประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานเป็นประจำสำหรับแต่ละสาขา ระบุจุดแข็งและจุดที่ต้องปรับปรุง
- เสนอแนะและดำเนินการมาตรการแก้ไขเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของสาขา
- ติดตามการดำเนินการตามมาตรการปรับปรุงและประเมินประสิทธิผล
การวิเคราะห์และการรายงานข้อมูล:
- รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงานจากแต่ละสาขาเพื่อระบุแนวโน้มและข้อมูลเชิงลึก
- จัดทำรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานที่ครอบคลุมสำหรับฝ่ายบริหาร โดยเน้นข้อค้นพบและคำแนะนำที่สำคัญ
การวิจัยตลาดและการวิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง:
- ดำเนินการวิจัยตลาดอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อรับทราบข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับแนวโน้มของอุตสาหกรรมและความต้องการของลูกค้า
- วิเคราะห์กิจกรรมและกลยุทธ์ของคู่แข่งเพื่อระบุโอกาสและภัยคุกคาม
- ให้ข้อมูลเชิงลึกและคำแนะนำที่สามารถนำไปปฏิบัติได้จริงโดยอิงจากการวิเคราะห์ตลาดและคู่แข่งเพื่อเพิ่มตำแหน่งทางการแข่งขันของบริษัท


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years experience in Data Analysis, Sales Planning, Marketing Research in Hire purchase, Leasing, Finance, Bank industry
- Strong analyzing Experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point
- Conversational in English both written and spoken skills (documents, email, Coordinate with branches managers)
- Strong self-development and learning.
- Good Service minds and partnerships.
- Basic knowledge of marketing.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Can immediately or early join
- Proficient in Power BI

English level : Conversational

- ประสบการณ์การวิเคราะห์ที่ดี
- เชี่ยวชาญ MS Excel, Power Point
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษทั้งการเขียนและการพูด (เอกสาร อีเมล ประสานงานกับผู้จัดการสาขา)
- การพัฒนาตนเองและการเรียนรู้ที่ดี
- มีใจรักการบริการและความร่วมมือที่ดี
- ความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการตลาด
