<Job responsibilities>
- Prepare Cashflow & Budget report and present to management
- Prepare monthly cash flow budgets and report to management and head office in Japan.
- Check GL transaction and monthly FS analysis
- Sending email oversea & domestic payment and follow-up approval
- Issue invoice of reimbursement to management
- IFRS 16 and deposit revaluation report to management
- Bank reconciliation record review
- Confirm payment with management
- Audit support
- Contact and support management
- Support any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Senior manager
- Analyze monthly profit and loss statements and report to management.
- Contact to request payment approval and follow up on approval results according to the monthly payment cycle.
- Check expenses and Prepare billing invoices from the head office in Japan.
- Prepare relevant financial reports every quarter.
- Check and reconcile Bank deposits daily.
- Confirm the payment amount with the head office in Japan.
- Contact and Coordinate with the auditor.
- Contact and Coordinate with the head office in Japan.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- จัดทำรายงานกระแสเงินสดและงบประมาณและนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
- จัดทำงบประมาณกระแสเงินสดรายเดือนและรายงานต่อผู้บริหารและสำนักงานใหญ่ในประเทศญี่ปุ่น
- ตรวจสอบธุรกรรม GL และวิเคราะห์ FS รายเดือน
- ส่งอีเมลการชำระเงินต่างประเทศและในประเทศและติดตามการอนุมัติ
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้คืนเงินให้ผู้บริหาร
- IFRS 16 และรายงานการประเมินมูลค่าเงินฝากต่อผู้บริหาร
- การตรวจสอบบันทึกการกระทบยอดธนาคาร
- ยืนยันการชำระเงินกับฝ่ายจัดการ
- การสนับสนุนการตรวจสอบ
- ติดต่อและสนับสนุนการจัดการ
- สนับสนุนงานพิเศษต่างๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการอาวุโส
- วิเคราะห์งบกำไรขาดทุนประจำเดือนและรายงานต่อฝ่ายบริหาร
- ติดต่อขออนุมัติการชำระเงินและติดตามผลการอนุมัติตามรอบการชำระเงินรายเดือน
- ตรวจสอบค่าใช้จ่ายและจัดทำใบแจ้งหนี้จากสำนักงานใหญ่ในประเทศญี่ปุ่น
- จัดทำรายงานทางการเงินที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกไตรมาส
- ตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคารทุกวัน
- ยืนยันจำนวนเงินที่ชำระกับสำนักงานใหญ่ในประเทศญี่ปุ่น
- ติดต่อและประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชี
- ติดต่อและประสานงานกับสำนักงานใหญ่ในประเทศญี่ปุ่น
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้า


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years in Finance or Accounting & Financial field (Any business)
- 2 years of experience in Finance/ Accounting Department (Japanese Speaking)
- Strong management Including being able to give advice to subordinates (2 years as Manager level is a must)
- Experience in Preparing budgets and cash flow statement
- knowledge of accounting principles, taxes, and internal accounting controls.
- Understanding the principles of tax laws and current laws regarding financial accounting.
- MS Excel and ready-made accounting programs
- Conversational High in English (Coordinate with HQ and report to Japanese)
- Communication skills and coordination very well
- Be careful and detailed. Have a good work attitude, Be enthusiastic, Have good relations, Be honest and trustworthy.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Good skills in Japanese with JLPT N3 and up
- Strong Experience in Finance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related
- Food retail/restaurant industry

- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับหลักการบัญชี ภาษี และการควบคุมบัญชีภายใน
- เข้าใจหลักการของกฎหมายภาษี และกฎหมายปัจจุบันที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบัญชีการเงิน
- MS Excel และโปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูป
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษระดับดี (ประสานงานกับสำนักงานใหญ่และรายงานให้ชาวญี่ปุ่นทราบ)
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการประสานงานเป็นอย่างดี
- ระมัดระวังและมีรายละเอียด มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน มีความกระตือรือร้น มีความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ซื่อสัตย์ และไว้วางใจได้
