<Job responsibilities>
- Educate customer to use company service, product and promote relate campaign to customers through visitation and other channels (Tel, E-mail)
- Be contact person for allocated customers, solve the barrier during purchasing process both inbound and outbound
- Coordinate with product Team to fulfill Customer request in term of lead time, price, product info etc.
- Research the movements of customers, markets, competitors and consider action plan to expand market and market share among the assigned Customer groups.
<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- อบรมลูกค้าให้ใช้บริการ ผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท และส่งเสริมแคมเปญที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลูกค้าผ่านการเยี่ยมชมและช่องทางอื่นๆ (โทรศัพท์, อีเมล)
- เป็นผู้ติดต่อลูกค้าที่ได้รับมอบหมาย แก้ไขอุปสรรคในกระบวนการจัดซื้อทั้งขาเข้าและขาออก
- ประสานงานกับทีมงานผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าในแง่ของระยะเวลาดำเนินการ ราคา ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ ฯลฯ
- วิจัยการเคลื่อนไหวของลูกค้า ตลาด คู่แข่งขัน และพิจารณาแผนปฏิบัติการเพื่อขยายตลาดและส่วนแบ่งการตลาดในกลุ่มลูกค้าที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree on Engineering or other related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Industrial sales / Sale engineer. (Experience in taking care Manufacturing Customer)
- Have personal car with driving licence
- Conversational Level of English (use for Internal, e-mail and document)
- Ability to visit client in Pathum Thani / Ayutthaya and go to the office at Bangna appoximately 1-2 days/ week
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel) and Access
- Have good communication Skill such as voice and emotion management, good interpersonal Skill
- Have service mind
- Have responsibility
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Japanese language skill
- Ability to work in a Fast-paced environment and locate in Rayong area

- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวพร้อมใบขับขี่
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา (ใช้งานภายใน อีเมล และเอกสาร)
- สามารถไปพบลูกค้าที่ปทุมธานี/อยุธยา และไปที่ออฟฟิศที่บางนาได้ประมาณ 1-2 วัน/สัปดาห์
- ความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ใน Microsoft Office (โดยเฉพาะ Excel) และ Access
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี เช่น การจัดการน้ำเสียงและอารมณ์ ทักษะการเข้ากับผู้อื่นดี
- มีใจรักงานบริการ
- มีความรับผิดชอบ
