<Job responsibilities>
- Manage and monitor sales Admin Team targets by Identifying the targets gap and ensuring that Team Members achieve the individual and Team targets as well as Finding preventive solutions against the target gap.
- Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients to gain long-term business partnerships.
- Act as a mentor for Team Members to ensure they Perform their Tasks efficiently.
- Review, validate, and approve Documents from Team Members before sending them to the relevant parties.
- Other task as assigned.

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- จัดการและติดตามเป้าหมายทีมผู้ดูแลการขายโดยระบุช่องว่างของเป้าหมายและให้แน่ใจว่าสมาชิกในทีมบรรลุเป้าหมายส่วนบุคคลและของทีม รวมถึงค้นหาวิธีแก้ไขเชิงป้องกันเพื่อแก้ไขช่องว่างของเป้าหมาย

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 42 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong Experience in sales planning, sales analysis, sales Field (any products)
- At least 3 years’ experience as Senior to Manager level
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel are a must.
- Proficient in sales analysis
- Conversational High to Business in English
- Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and achieve target/KPI.
- Strong passion and highly driven to achieve targets.
- Ownership mindset and profitability management.
- Leadership and Able to mentoring and coaching Team members.
- Excellence communication skill.

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday, WIO 100%)
