<Job responsibilities>
- 2D and 3D design molds of new model.
- Support the mold room in solving / improvement of fabrication process issues
- Manage with design, programming and mold production regarding new project
- Do Failure Analysis on customer feedback issues, and provides the short term and long term
- Download/ Control of product Dwg, ECO, EN, DFM& QGF d ocuments for design, QA
- Review and summary report of new model production and qualify tooling for meet quality
- Coordinate with mold fabrication process such as CAD / CAM, CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, design, Milling, Grinding, Polishing, Fitting, Assembly and report to department manager
- Set and Achieve Department KPI and Employees’s KPI
- Monitoring and achieve production target & Sale target
- Production Meeting & Follow up production progress
- Propose action to improve quality system
- Improve the product quality and achieve quality target
- Communication and solve the problem about quality issue to concern persons
- Manage all subordinate to Perform quality standard
- Communication with customer for order / sales / delivery / quality and Follow up to maximize customer satisfaction
- Attend the Meeting / conference with customers to settle quality issue
- Monitoring the document Control (Manual, Procedure, WI, Control plan, …)
- Monitoring internal audit, Third Party audit, customer audit, Supplier audit
- Supplier Control to secure capacity and quality
- Budget and Expense Control
- Cost Reduction in mold department and Cost Negotiation with Supplier
- Follow company policy Meeting and support activity
- Provide Education to improve skill of Engineer & Technician
- Follow up employee about company rules & regulation and Take disciplinary action
- Educate and monitor subordinate to handle 5S, ISO Management
- Visit clients for product testing

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- แม่พิมพ์ออกแบบ 2D และ 3D รุ่นใหม่
- สนับสนุนห้องแม่พิมพ์ในการแก้ไข/ปรับปรุงปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิต
- จัดการด้วยการออกแบบ เขียนโปรแกรม และผลิตแม่พิมพ์เกี่ยวกับโครงการใหม่
- ทำการวิเคราะห์ความล้มเหลวในประเด็นข้อเสนอแนะของลูกค้า และให้บริการในระยะสั้นและระยะยาว
- ดาวน์โหลด/ควบคุมเอกสารผลิตภัณฑ์ Dwg, ECO, EN, DFM และ QGF เพื่อการออกแบบ QA
- ตรวจสอบและรายงานสรุปการผลิตรุ่นใหม่และเครื่องมือที่มีคุณสมบัติตรงตามคุณภาพ
- ประสานงานกับกระบวนการผลิตแม่พิมพ์ และรายงานต่อผู้จัดการแผนก
- กำหนดและบรรลุ KPI ของแผนกและ KPI ของพนักงาน
- ติดตามและบรรลุเป้าหมายการผลิตและยอดขาย
- ประชุมฝ่ายผลิต และติดตามความคืบหน้าการผลิต
- เสนอแนวทางการดำเนินการปรับปรุงระบบคุณภาพ
- ปรับปรุงคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์และบรรลุเป้าหมายคุณภาพ
- สื่อสารและแก้ไขปัญหาด้านคุณภาพให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทราบ
- จัดการทีมทั้งหมดให้ดำเนินการตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพ
- สื่อสารกับลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการสั่งซื้อ / การขาย / การจัดส่ง / คุณภาพ และติดตามเพื่อเพิ่มความพึงพอใจสูงสุดของลูกค้า
- เข้าร่วมประชุม/สัมมนา กับลูกค้า เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ
- การติดตามควบคุมเอกสาร (คู่มือ, ขั้นตอน, WI, แผนควบคุม, …)
- การติดตามตรวจสอบภายใน การตรวจสอบบุคคลที่สาม การตรวจสอบลูกค้า การตรวจสอบซัพพลายเออร์
- การควบคุมซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อรักษาความสามารถและคุณภาพ
- การควบคุมงบประมาณและค่าใช้จ่าย
- ลดต้นทุนในแผนกแม่พิมพ์และเจรจาต้นทุนกับซัพพลายเออร์
- ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายบริษัท ประชุมและสนับสนุนกิจกรรม
- จัดให้มีการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะของวิศวกรและช่างเทคนิค
- ติดตามพนักงานเกี่ยวกับกฎระเบียบของบริษัทและดำเนินการทางวินัย
- อบรมและควบคุมทีมให้รับผิดชอบ 5ส., ISO
- พบลูกค้าเพื่อทดสอบผลิตภัณฑ์

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's / master's degree in Engineering, Science or any related field
- At least 5 years in Mold Design in Hard Disk Drive, Electronic, Plastic Injection, Motor Business
- Skill : UG NX design or GstarCAD / CXC programme
- Ability to Communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Position requires a matured professional with Strong leadership quality with pleasing personality
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- From electronics manufacturing companies
- Working experience in Japanese company

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Working Day about 22 Days/Month (08:00 - 17:00), Some SAT working (About 2 SAT/Month))

- ทักษะ : ออกแบบ UG NX หรือโปรแกรม GstarCAD / CXC
- ความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพทั้งการพูดและการเขียน
